Horrible company to deal with! I spent 54 minutes on a call being shuffled from dept to department to try and resolve a $10 bill! No one had the same story or reasoning for the issue. The problem was still not resolved and I still don’t have answers I dread the day I call this company for anything! Kaiser should give us more than 1 choice!!

"In early June, I ordered CPAP resupplies via phone and explicitly instructed the representative NOT to send a water chamber because I do not use it. They sent it anyway. I mailed it back immediately using their UPS return label, and tracking confirms they received it on June 18th. On July 2nd, a chat representative explicitly confirmed to me that the return was logged in their system. Despite this, they have never issued the credit. Instead, they keep billing me for newer supplies. When I call their central billing line (855-389-4043), the representatives give me a total runaround and claim they don't know what was returned. Their tracking system is a mess, and they are holding onto money that belongs to me."

Kind technicians and quick delivery. Offered to put it together and were very respectful.

The only thing is a bit more info on using the app for Older people ...and more Hands on putting the mask on mem. I appreciate the help I got.. at 85. I Did not realize.. the photo of the mask was not enough.. maybe needs an itemized photo???

Delivery driver and service was great 👍

Delivery was great, support afterwards was terrible. I had to threaten to return the unit before I was allowed to try a new mask. I told them that my mask was suffocating me, it was very difficult to get the staff to help me troubleshoot. The settings needed to be changed, but getting help with that was very difficult.

It took a while to get verified but I was able to pick up part of my order in about 4 days.

The delivery was late, but there was a large backlog. The technician was professional, courteous, and helpful.

Your technician was very courteous and explained and showed in detail how to use my portable oxygen machine. He had been here one time before to service the machine l use in my home. He is an excellent technician .

I work in case management and have referred this company many times. So, I didn't think anything of it when we placed an order for a bed for my 94 year old loved one. She was discharged from hospital yesterday evening. The bed was promised yesterday around 5:30pm, then 9pm, then 11:00pm. However, it didn't get delivered until today around noon. To make matters even worse, the bed is broken. Long hold times each time we called. Customer service is outsourced and were 100% worthless. My 94 year old loved one had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. It made it incredibly hard to provide care. I will definitely not be referring this company and if a client inquires, I'll gladly share our families personal experience. This is not how people should be treated.
