The person that greeted us and the representative all were very patient and helpful

Terry was great as was Pauline. Your Albuquerque facility is not at the address listed - it's at Office (Dr. St. or whatever) with a tiny identifying sign. I spent a half hour being lost, and calls went to your central facility, who were (understandably) absolutely no help. Everyone was nice, but . . .

Thank you so very much for your help these past couple months… mask fittings, getting the right mask I like and now switching out machines… you’ve all been wonderful through this process and can’t thank you enough…

I was given a heads up the day before and were flexible with my schedule and had it delivered when I was home. Mr. Jeremiah Goble informed me of the time he’s coming to deliver my item. He was very nice and courteous. We struck a short conversation said goodbye and moved on.

Fast no complications

The employee Joaquin was very helpful and great. The company itself is hard to deal with and when we would call, they would transfer to a different person and ended up being hung up on. But Joaquin was very helpful and gave us very good service and showed us what we needed to do to get help easier than trying to call.

By far the WORST most idiotic inefficient backwards company I've ever dealt with. Each service rep is another round about with non-listening what feels like brain dead individuals I've ever engaged with in my life.

Maybe that's the cancer talking or the chemo (it's not). Literally RUN for the hills if anyone ever refers you to or directs you here! I can not stress that enough!!! RUN!!!

Adept Health My App duplicate charged me twice $519.77. Luckily I am getting my refund, allegedly. I don't believe it until I see it but I know AdeptHealth tried to rob me of another $519.77. Their MyApp is suspicious and there's no Americans on the phone but East Indian. Makes you wonder but I am disappointed still. Still waiting for the refund to return to ky credit card.

I keep getting a bill for a small amount when I paid for my original order months ago...I tried to figure out how to pay online then called a number on their website and was met by a foreign sounding individual..not sure what I am supposed to be paying for..is this a scam company?
