The delivery experience was super! Reginald contacted me via text prior to the delivery. I was not home, but my husband was, so he met the delivery man at our gate to get my walker. Delivery was earlier than expected, which was also great because it will allow me to get used to using the walker for a few days before my knee surgery. Great job and thanks!

They take the time to instruct the patient on how to use the machine and explain everything good and also answer any questions.

Horrible service and I am not happy with any part of the process. Can’t even talk with a supervisor, ridiculous!!! Today I got hung up on before transferring me for the broken equipment. Fatima hung up on me. Plus last time I talked to her she screwed up my order!! Fatima should reprimand her for her horrible service or fire her. The only saving grace you have is some good people working for you. Do better!! Your customer service is lacking and you need to fix it ASAP. Let your customers talk to a supervisor. Very stressful and ridiculous that you can’t even get a hold of a supervisor, freaking ridiculous!!! Do better!!
