Delivered what was promised. I managed to download the Microsoft Office products and I tried to use the Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word. They both worked fine.
Also, an invoice was sent after the purchase.

Customer satisfaction is their priority
I purchased a product for an amazing price. There was help with installation and queries every step of the way. It turned out that a different product would suit me better, and David arranged this for me. He worked outside of normal office hours, and was so prompt in replying. At no time was I made to feel a nuisance. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Microsoft Office Download 2021
Encountered a few issues with my brand new laptop and erroneously thought that it was the software malfunctioning/at fault. How wrong I was. When I ignored all the conflicting messages appearing on my laptop screen all was working well and how it should. David in the support team was very patient with me and went that extra mile to help me address the problem in a very timely and comprehensive manner. I cannot praise this organisation highly enough. Their service and support is second to none and all at a most affordable cost. So very refreshing to encounter an outfit with old fashioned values and who put their customer first and foremost. Excellent- highly recommend to others.
