I had a problem with The Chase crashing all the time, I emailed customer support and they looked into the problem for me and also offered me a new game for free while they looked into the problem.
They were fast with their response and sorted the problem promptly, I would highly recommend this company for their customer support absolutely best experience ever, wish all companies looked after their customers as well as they do.
Big up to your team thank you again for your service.

Good fun and runs well

This was great fun. We played 1% and Doodly last night with friends. Great fun and loads of laughter. Will be playing again for sure!

Brilliant fun. Super simple to get playing on the TV and everyone joins in. Con Artist is our new fave, we had hours of fun last night.

Bought a lot of games got excited when it was as an app on the fire stick. Sadly constant crashing. Never actually finished a game of chase before it crashes. Using 900 speed internet and the app on fire stick.

Great fun on your standard TV! Highly recommended to anyone to change your game nights

Amazingly well made and decently priced, it's like Jackbox except with game shows. Pointless is by far the best and most balanced. Catchphrase and The Chase are also really fun.

Occasionally takes a while for touch screen on phone to register input but otherwise great fun.

Bought 5 games one being pub quiz, kept getting the same question genre and while we played for 30 mins got the same questions on the tv but different ones on our phones, also every round said I had won when clearly my wife won at least one, great idea but the actual play needs improvement

Omg in this day and age it shouldn't be difficult to have a great quizzing experience. I emailed 4 weeks ago and got what I thought was a nice response but the fact is the game is so poor. We noticed on our 1st night playing but got so much worse the more you play. In one session, one evening you can't go past the repeated questions.

Come on everyone luvs quizzing, we have AI surely we can do better 😪

Absolutely fantastic for me and my fiance to play. Just hoping that they add new rounds and questions etc

The site looks nice and is easy to navigate, support team was great. Games run well on a Smart TV (If probably from 2020 and later. Site won't load on a Samsung TV web browser on Tizen 2.1 4. A LG 2 of my siblings bought in 2020 does load the site, have not tested the games though. I haven't tested the app since you need a Fire TV or a Roku 4K. Did test the games on a Fire TV using the Silk web browser at an Air B&B in 2024, not sure what model it was, it was before the app existed and it was laggy but worked. Website and games works great on Firefox with no issues and while I have not played on iPad, the site did load and seemed to run fine using Safari) Though I had a small bug one time with Color Brain where it didn't display the text correctly on the Smart TV we were playing on (One of the big Samsung Smart TV's either from 2024 or 2025) and my brother had a bug with Draw Along With Dave where everything he drawed on his phone was very delayed. (He has a Pixle 7 I believe)

Does suck that the Big Potato Games are gone though and that there won't be more. That was the main reason I even used the site. Big Potato ended up making thier own versions hence why they were sadly removed from being purchasable.

Sucks that I missed out on the expansions too. Would of been cool if you could still purchase them if you already owned the games which I do or they get automatically added since you can't buy them anymore anyway.

I am not sure if I will buy any other games on there. Most of them don't seem interesting. Especially the ones that have better free alternatives and the pricing isn't that great. Especially when you had game pack 1, 2, and temporarily had the Potato game pack. $28.50 USD for a pack that contains 3 games while for 2.50 more you can get a new Jackbox Party Pack with 5 games. I get it cost money to run the site and servers and licensing but it does seem a bit much when Jackbox gets you more value.

Playing With Fire is just Bomberman. You can get Power Bomberman which is a free PC fan made game made by the Bomberman community based off Super Bomberman 1-5 with content from prior and later Bomberman games and support up to 12 players online and local. Or Bouboum which is online only but is also a great alternative and has some unique stuff not in Bomberman.

Doodly is pretty much a guess the name of the thing the person is drawing. You might as well just play Scribble It which is free on Steam and Mobile or Ghartic Phone.

Poker Night is just poker. There are many free alternatives you can play out there. Even discord has a free one you can play with others.

Brain games? Eh you might as well just tell everyone to download something like Wordscapes and all play at the same time to see who finishes first.

The ones based on actual game shows do seem somewhat interesting but you may enjoy them more if you actually seen and the show or already like the show. Not sure if I'd buy those or not. Especially when I've never seen those shows before besides a bit of the UK version of Deal or No Deal. Mainly seen the US version.

Hope they add some US game shows. That would be awesome. Specifically ones that haven't already been made to a video game or maybe one that could be modified maybe? Imagine if you could somehow make Wheel Of Fortune work with 8 players or make it team based. Kind of like when they have couples come on to make 3 teams of 2, though a jackboxish version of ones that already have been made into a video game would be cool too if there isn't a free popular alternative already.

I did however enjoy Universally Challenged and I Put That. Those two are great and really funny if you play with the right people. Highly recommend. And Draw Along With Dave which was a Big Potato original created for the site was really fun too. Definitely recommend.

If you need more jackboxish games this site may do it for you and works great but there are many other jackboxish games out there.

I would rate this a 2.5 if I could and if the all the games had voice acted tutorials. If Big Potato Games were able to stay as purchasable games I'd give the site a 3 and if along with that the games could be customized, like the amount of rounds, something Big Potato ended up doing on thier new versions. I'd give the site a 4 if there were more unique games that didn't already have a free existing alternative or weren't just a digital version of a existing game show or if you guys could make more digital versions of existing board games that could work on phone. Right now there is only 2 unique games. Imagine something like Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza (My current #1 board game. You would loose the physical slapping but would be great for people with sensitive hands), Tsuro Of The Seas, or 5 minute Dungeon. Or how about something never done before. Surely there's something that hasn't been done before. You made 2, you can do more. I believe in you guys.

Good family games, ideal for a family night in. Easy to purchase and good instructions to get started. All at a good price

Bought poker night and wouldn't load, tried to contact them and they never even replied, had loads of people round, so dissatisfied with them and asked for a refund and guess what no reply. Please avoid.

Too expensive for the games not worth the money

Me and my family have been playing games on Game City since Christmas, they’ve given us a lot of fun. We noticed on a few games the questions started to get repetitive so I flagged it with the team in an email and their response was quick, kind and generous. Looking forward to the updates in the future!
