Big Wait for Product Delivery
Have not yet received product. Ordered product November 6. Nothing delivered as of November 20. Checked UPS tracking which now indicates the product is still in Europe and that it may arrive by November 28. Seems excessive. It would have been nice to know ahead of time delivery would take nearly a month (or possibly more). I can’t yet comment on packaging and quality of product received. So it also seems odd to get repeated notices to write a review when the only thing that has happened to date is that you have effectively processed my payment.

Hi James,
**Edit** I am happy to confirm delivery of your order on November 24th. Sincere apologies again for the delay within UPS and thank you for your understanding.
------
Sincere apologies for this delay.
Our parcels are normally delivered to the U.S within 2-10 business days.
UPS tracking shows your parcel has been with them for the last 11 days.
We were not aware of the issue with your parcel being held within UPS until you wrote this review so we will now act on this immediately to establish the cause of the delay within UPS.
In the meantime, I will arrange to have a replacement order shipped via express to you today.
Apologies again for this delay with UPS shipping.
Kind regards,
Seamus.
