Sent a card away via Royal Mail for grading last week for my grandson.
I chose the ultra service. The website showed it as "Arrived" then nothing until this morning when DHL delivered it back to my doorstep in the same sleeve I sent it out in. No grading, no paperwork to explain, nothing. Just the card returned in an Ace Grading box exactly as I posted it out to them.
I certainly won't be paying any invoices for this as all they've done is posted it right back to me.
Emailed them and tried to contact via their message us link on their website to no avail. No response at all.
Extremely disappointed with this service which promised so much and delivered nothing.
I'll need to find another company to grade it now.
My grandson will be disappointed when he gets home from school.

Customer service is so slow again it's really annoying when it seems like you're being ignored.

Card was on QA2 Check for over 72 hours on a 5 day turnaround (ultra)

7.99 for delivery is too steep for 1 slab , paying over £10 to send and receive a card is expensive

Good grading

Paid for ultra service, now nearly 2 weeks in and still no grade, my card has been stuck on each point for nearly 2 days. No reply to my email or social media message phones turned off. Wouldn't use again, and definitely wouldn't recommend the ultra service.

Great service, would love it if they added a pristine 10 grade, as I think it would improve graded values and set them alongside PSA, Beckett, and TAG.

Honestly just super easy and really nice finish to the cards, worth the money. Website is great, search the card code and it'll come up and then just select the label you want, got mine quicker than expected too. Great product and service.

Abysmal, misleading advertising and shocking customer service !. Avoid ACE Grading.

This company put PSA to shame with turn around time quality to detail when you get the ACE labels and overall presentation and ease of their web site they might even learn a thing or two 😁👍ACE

Cant fault this company at all, they've dealt with hardships recently, come out the other side and still been able to provide fantastic customer service. Ive submitted over 40 cards to ACE and will continue to do so, because its just so easy - you get instant updates on your submission progress and can follow it easily on the app, they make everything simple and clear. Kat and Sasha in customer services are great. I had a financial issue a while back and they allowed me to pay as and when I could without pestering me for updates. Very friendly and understanding staff. Just wish the rest of the world understood their high standards as they just don't reach the resale value of the big three, PSA, BGC and CGC (although.. i think ACE grade harsher and have better slabs too, especially with ACE labels), hopefully that will come in time however, as ACE deserve to be recognised as one of the best!

I have now submitted 2 lots of cards for grading with Ace. I find their website submission platform very easy to use. They are UK based, so this suits me being in the UK myself. It means that there is no further risk of cards going missing by them having to be sent abroad. The return was within the estimated times and I was very happy with the grades that my cards received. The Ace Labels add that extra little touch to the slab and I know that the label creation team work tirelessly to create all of them. I will be submitting another set of cards very soon.

Sent my cards to be graded on the 2nd January 2026. They have been stuck in research for nearly a month without them moving and now for some reason ACE GRADING have decided to change my estimated time now to 95 days like this is acceptable practice when people have already sent cards in and been promised a different timescale, this service is absolutely terrible.

They have no decent customer service skills to even provide people with an update. UTTER DISGRACE,

Unfortunately company too busy for its size now. Submitted 2 rounds of cards with estimated dates of 10 days and 20 days. The 10 days has now turned into 35 and 20 days into 40 days shouldn’t be able to double lead times. No compensation offered shame.

Love ace grading as their slabs are the most unique
