Getting worse and worse as time goes by. Greed has took over what was potentially psa competition but everytime i use them the experience gets worse and worse. Instead of dealing with the uk backlog they increased prices and are now expanding into the EU market. Shame as the labels are mega but value wise a ace 10 is worth a 3rd of psa 10 and the gap is getting bigger as people discover nobody is buying ace due to a lot of people boycotting them. Ace lost the majority of the community support after the break i. When they lost peoples cards paid below market anx then jacked up the price when people supported them through it. Keeping ace out of personal collection aswell as sell on items. Shame.

First time grading as a overall and was happy with the outcome sadly didn’t get a 10 but the service was great and came back within the time given will definitely grade with them again especially for that ace label

The turn around time and price for grading with Ace are so reasonable and would happily keep using them. The quality of the slabs are so nice.

Used ace a few times because I like the labels they provide. Downside is since opening all the tiers permanently, they dnt seem to be able to keep up with the demand. Most orders are delayed now which makes paying for a higher tier frustrating as you’re paying for a quick turnaround. Also trying to get in contact with them can be challenging. Their phone lines have been down for a while now and they are currently replying to emails from 5 days ago. Maybe they need to close some tiers to catch up or get more staff.

Paid for 5 day turnaround and took 14 days to return, emailed them for a sorry we don’t care we over-charged you email.

one card was returned with a rather questionable nail mark at top of card that was not there before.

Make sure you photograph your cards before sending off, or better still just wait until PSA is in Europe.

I’ve graded with Ace twice - using two different levels of their service and both times I’ve recieved 10’s which has been wonderful to see. Only thing I’d have a bug bear about would be the DHL return delivery not being more accurate unless you sign up for everything and jump through hoops but that’s not against Ace themselves hence the 5 stars 🌟

Even though the time estimates are given, they work hard and fast to delivery on those, and they are thorough, by far the best company in uk to authenticate and grade your collection, will certainly use again!

the upfront cost, no hidden charges, and pay when they have completed the works is a no brainer.

Will always grade with ace for my PC. The labels are nice, the quality of the slab is great and the turn around time is amazing

Changed my expected return date from 60 to 95 days without notice which is a 50+% increase, when I contact them regarding when I could expect my cards and my issue with them change the dates I heard no reply.

Excellent service start to finish, submission was seamless and quality of the returned slabs are outstanding. Also love the unique labels ace offer compared to other grading companies.

Following issues at start of 2025 with break, delays were long but since then turn around times have been spot on or even early offering a great unique selling point with the Ace labels and realistic turnaround times for those in the UK. Been grading with Ace ever since they started and have seen them progress alot.

This was my first time submitting to Ace Grading and the whole process was fast and simple, they provided a great and very professional service. The slabs are beautiful and have a lot more to them than other grading companies plus I chose to add the Ace labels to my submissions and they are stunning and add so much more to the look of my cards. Would highly recommend!

I recently did my first ACE submission for some of my pokemon cards, and I am very happy with my experience! They had Just undergone a change in turnaround times during the time my cards were there and even tho wait times were a tad bit longer, the communication with ACE was fantastic and 100% worth the wait, and thankyou for looking after my cards!
