I’m not one for complaining however I was in a traffic accident last night around 9pm- 9.30pm and I accidentally called the wrong insurance company - My fault I understand, however it was clear the gentlemen who spoke to me was half asleep while he was talking to me. I haven’t had a car accident since I got my license 7 years ago, he was very rude and obnoxious when jotting my details for the recovery truck to collect, I even heard at the end of the call he called me an Ars*Hole, really poor level of service, to the gentlemen who didn’t give me his name I hope you don’t treat your family and friends like that.

Spoke with a Woman earlier today who initially sounded like she didn’t want to be their and she was supposed to help me with regarding my claim but she kept shouting ‘what was that’ at me every time I finished a sentence, I am from Pakistan but I have lived in London for the last 16 years and can speak fluent English, she was just doing it because of my accent.

Paul Hoyle and his team of bandits! I’ve been asking for my invoices to be paid for over a year now and they still can’t give me a payment date or if the payment is even processing, bear in mind I’m only charging £50 recovery and £10 storage on a few invoices that they charge £350 recovery and £30 storage for, it’s totally unbelievable, I talked with a mate of mine and he’s been having the same problem with them, absolute sham of a company wouldn’t advise anyone to go anywhere near if they had any sense.

I had an accident on Saturday, when I was talking to the call operator he kept yawning and making me feel stupid in a panic situation. I called up the next day to try and make a complaint about him, but he must have realised it was him I was talking about and put the phone down on me. I know it was him because he kept putting the phone down to me several times after. Shocking level of customer service!

Shocking company avoid like the plague, bunch of cowboys, I was told by a employee named ‘Ricky’ that he told me he could help me with a claim and we went through the process and he took some details down only to waste my time to then put the phone down to me saying my claim wasn’t valid, he also was extremely rude in his tone. Would definitely not attempt go to Road To Recovery again!

This is a scam (02081487556) and I made the mistake of giving too many details on the initial phone call to a car accident I had been in, as this meant that when they rang back (Persistently, with the last call being made 11months on from their first call!) they recalled the information I had already given them, making them sound legit! They went the route of me being able to claim for personal injury (I had no personal injury whatsoever!) It was being addressed and called by the use of my Christian name "Mr Paul!" that sealed it for me as a scam!!

Scam. Complete fabrication of accident I’ve been in.

Scammers! Like the previous reviewer, they called me about an accident I never had and you can hear a recording device click on a few seconds after picking the call up.

Number ‭0161 325 1251‬ spam called me about an accident I never had. Initially wouldn’t take me off their list because they couldn’t “verify” who I was. Unhelpful scammers.
