We had Joe Admani to set up wills and trusts for my parents; he was excellent. Joe was polite, knowledgeable and had endless patience explaining the processes to us and ensuring we were happy with what was proposed. At no time did we feel under any pressure or obligation and Joe was always quick to respond to our queries. I would have no hesitation recommending the company to others and would definitely use them again.

I recently used this estate planning company to help prepare my will as it needed updating, the whole was process was speedy and professional from start to finish.

Amy took the time to explain everything clearly. Estate planning can feel overwhelming, but she made the process straightforward and stress-free.

I saw one of the SAP videos on Facebook which looked very slick. I signed up for a half hour consultation and I was very specific about what I wanted to achieve. Hannah spent most of the time during the call needlessly explaining Wills and LPA’s to me and couldn’t actually answer my specific questions around a particular trust set up I’m interested in. She said she’d take my questions away. 2 weeks later I’m being bombarded with emails to set up a will/LPA’s but no actual answer to my questions.
What was supposed to be a detailed conversation about a complex matter with a professional company has turned into a pushy sales tactic for things I can actually sort myself for a fraction of the cost.

I discovered SAP-Legal whilst doing my own research on Wills and Trusts and Estate Planning. Mike's internet videos were short, clear and explained everything in a clear and logical manner; he also gave the impression that he and his staff were there to assist every step of the way. Our local solicitors and provider of our existing Basic Wills were not in the same league in terms of wider estate and inheritance planning and were promptly left in favour of SAP. All of our dealings have been with Amy Wilson and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with, explaining everything in a clear manner and at our pace. It is comforting to know that we have put these specific measures in place and that SAP-Legal will be there to support the family when the time comes.

Joe Admani was my contact and i found him to be professional and very patient as he walked me through the creation of the documents ultimately resulting in the content meeting my wishes. Joe was always prepared to give guidance where he felt it was required and was always available for a call / teams meeting to explain anything that i wanted clarification on.
The service was not the cheapest that I was offered, but in the end this is not always the most important thing as it was a very personal experience rather than an automated or generic one and i was able to ensure that my wishes are clearly documented in the way that i want them.

Called this company because I wanted to update my will and discuss death planning. Arranged a telephone meeting with Eva but waited for a phone call which never came. Called her number but nobody available to take my call. Still waiting for a call back or email apologising for the lack of communication. Will find another company who values their customers.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately the evidence you put forward is not entirely correct. I emailed Eva and accepted the appointment at 2.30 on the 19th August and emailed her and asked if she wanted me to call her. She failed to reply to this email so I called at 2.30 anyway but my call wasn't answered. I did receive a teams request subsequently on the 23rd August, 4 days after our appointment and I never received an apology for not being available for our initial meeting.

The posts on tiktok are impressive. You book an appointment by telephone and then outline your situation, assets etc. I then received several prices for trusts and wills without a single word of explanation of what they would achieve nor a follow up call. I had high hopes but was disappointed

After considering many options, I decided to have SAP redo our wills and set up Trusts for us in order to protect our assets in the future.

I could not be happier with the service I recieved and the professionalism in which everything was done. Amy was great and very knowledgable about what we needed to do in our specific circumstances.

For anyone needing assistance in this often overlooked, but critical area, I would highly recommend giving SAP a call.

Joe was very helpful and where he was unable to answer my in depth questions, the company director, Mike Hiner (the man on the videos) rang me personally and resolved my queries. The whole process has been very efficient and does not cost an arm and a leg like other solicitors firms for the same products.

Joe was brilliant in setting up my Will, Trust & LPA. His knowledge was fantastic making it comfortable and easy. He was always there to answer any questions and replied straight away.

Once we settled on SAP our requirements were met quickly, efficiently and hassle free.
