We have our own own lawyers, legal team and chartered accountants to offer and provide complete service packages which includes a Name Search services, Name reservation services, Corporation’s Name Approval, CRA Business Number Registration, Setting up corporate tax account, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario, payroll account set up, import-export account set up, corporate & business seals, domain name registration and share certificates. Our legal team prepares the article of incorporation (standard or customized), By-laws for corporations and non-profits, resolutions and minutes and all other legal documents for the corporation. Once all legal papers are prepared, we instantly register with the government corporate registry system and provide the incorporation and registration documents.

Quick and timely processing. Ashleigh is great with precise communication which is very helpful for small business owners who does it all therefore very busy. She emailed and left a message then proceed with the process. It was great👍

Completed a full company incorporation request. Was straight forward and quite seamless. A special shout out to Sana & Shubie both @ abregistry They were both very quick and efficient in handling and completing my request and keeping me informed and updated during the process. Had my incorporation documents completed and sent back to me within 1 business day.

Fast Service and Excellent Customer Service!
BRC has been extremely helpful every step of the way through my incorporation process. Sana helped me today when I called with questions regarding some of the paperwork I was sent. Not only is it so refreshing to be connected to another person when I call, her patients with my questions and ability to provide me with the information I needed in terms I could understand were both greatly appreciated.
