We have our own own lawyers, legal team and chartered accountants to offer and provide complete service packages which includes a Name Search services, Name reservation services, Corporation’s Name Approval, CRA Business Number Registration, Setting up corporate tax account, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario, payroll account set up, import-export account set up, corporate & business seals, domain name registration and share certificates. Our legal team prepares the article of incorporation (standard or customized), By-laws for corporations and non-profits, resolutions and minutes and all other legal documents for the corporation. Once all legal papers are prepared, we instantly register with the government corporate registry system and provide the incorporation and registration documents.
