Audrey was honestly rude and combative. She was trying to make us aware of something she considered an issue but didn’t bother to listen and understand our business/industry/service. When we tried to communicate with her she wouldn’t even read my email and respond accurately. It was like rushed responses, trying to get out for the long weekend and couldn’t be bothered to make us feel like our $590+ dollars were of any significance for customer service. The reception was even rude and cut me off when I was asking a question. Honestly not a great experience, even though we got what we paid for in the end, the professionalism and person ability was 1/5
