Beautiful bracelets, I ordered a pink and a turquoise and I love them both.
Very well made and super fast delivery. I can’t wait to buy some more.

I love my new necklace! I ordered the sun, moon and stars necklace in gold finish. Communication with the customer service team was excellent and delivery was really fast. I also got offered a discount which made me even happier with my purchase! I’ve ordered from Abiza Jewellery before and have been very happy with all my purchases. Many thanks.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish, they went above and beyond creating something exactly how I imagined it, it was a replica of my late grandma’s necklace, it’s absolutely gorgeous, Thank you so much Abiza Jewellery I can’t thank you enough x

I was gifted an initial and birthstone necklace to celebrate the birth of my baby. I absolutely love it and the customer service was fabulous. When I had an issue, which was sorted super promptly.

Ordered personalised cufflinks. Very high quality product, arrived quickly with lovely card and box. Due to the default font used one of the cufflinks didn’t appear exactly how I wanted it to and the team were very helpful in rectifying it and getting me a replacement at only a small cost.

Gorgeous bracelet and a perfect custom fit. The team were very helpful when I had an enquiry.

These earrings are so lightweight and comfortable to wear, and most importantly, they add the perfect touch to any outfit. They’re incredibly cute and stylish! I’m already thinking about getting them in gold as well.

I’m also very grateful that you made shipping to Japan possible for me. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff for all your help. I’m so happy with my purchase!

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and patient. Quick delivery

I bought a custom medical bracelet and it’s perfect. I love the fact it’s adjustable and not a clasp so it’s much easier to put on. It’s really good quality. One tiny link came off so I emailed on Sunday evening. Tolga replied quickly on the bank holiday Monday, was really lovely and arranged a repair for me. I sent it on the Tuesday and it was back with me, fully fixed by Friday. The customer service couldn’t be any better! Would definitely recommend and will buy any future items from here too. Thank you.

The turquoise and gold bead choker is stunning and layers beautifully with my previous purchase of the 16 inch length. Abiza is very impressive, the site has such lovely pieces at really competitive prices and their customer service is second to none. Not only do they offer a really fast delivery but they go out of their way to help customers for example I received a charming, personal reply to a query on a Bank Holiday weekend. Quality products, quality service, quality company - a delightful shopping experience.

A1 seller. Beautiful jewellery
Love my bracelet. With me having small wrists, this really compliments the other bracelet that I have. Very stylish. Communications are promptly answered with any questions asked before purchasing.

Great item that can be personalised. I can’t wait to buy more

Absolutely fantastic customer service!

My order was unfortunately lost by Royal Mail, and I contacted Abiza as it was a birthday gift needed the next day. Within an hour, they had remade my order, dispatched it and upgraded me to Tracked 24 completely free of charge. It arrived just in time for the birthday!

Such a quick, helpful and proactive response, they genuinely went above and beyond. And not forgetting how absolutely perfect the necklace was! Beautiful quality and exactly what I was looking for.

I couldn’t recommend Abiza highly enough. 5 stars!

Found this company to be really quite lovely to deal with. They were very polite and kind with my queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. And the bonus is, they have beautiful jewellery at very fair prices

Such a fabulous customer experience with Abiza jewellery from placing my order to receiving the items. I ordered 3 things including a personalized necklace. There was great communication from the very start. Tolga and I emailed back and forth about the design of the necklace. I really wanted it to be just right and Tolga did too! They were so patient and gave me lots of time and options. When I finalized the order it arrived quickly, carefully packaged and in beautiful condition. The necklace far exceeded my expectations - I love it and the other pieces as well. I couldn’t recommend Abiza highly enough and look forward to buying some more of their beautiful jewellery. Thank you!

Lovely jewellery at sensible prices - pieces to go with anything, definitely worth having.

I purchased a personalised necklace for my daughters teacher as an end of year gift.
The whole process was outstanding, the customer service was brilliant, whereby they provided advice on how the best to arrange the letter and symbol on the necklace to ensure it looked it best, plus shipped it really quickly and were just overall a pleasure to deal with.
Then when the necklace arrived - WOW - it was just beautiful, very well made and superb quality. The teacher was thrilled with her necklace and put it on straight away, it looked stunning.
I know really want a personalised necklace from Abiza Jewellery myself!!
Thank you again, for your outstanding customer service and wonderful product!

In love!! I got in touch about the side initial and birthstone necklace to see if I could potentially add another initial to make it extra special for a birthday gift. Tolga was fantastic, guided me through the process of adding another initial to the order and it arrived within a few days of ordering. Can't wait to gift it! All hand made and beautiful packaging. Will definitely be ordering again.
