My glasses fit perfect and the prescription was correct. The quality is so good that I cant believe the price that I paid for them. came with an attachable uv ray layer that I can slap on and off.

Rx was incorrect. My optometrist checked what was ordered against what I received and the Rx was way off.

Reply: My optometrist’s assistant double checked the Rx I entered into my order, and said it matched perfectly with the Dr’s Rx and PD measurements. This was not a prescription input error.

Absolutely amazing company. Glasses where so easy to order and shipping was fast! They gave a wide range of beautiful glasses to choose from for all members of.the family. I will never again buy prescription eye glasses from my eye dr. Abbe glasses had more of a variety and even more beautiful frames and lens than those other high cost company. I would recommend this company to everyone. U won't be disappointed.

I ordered 2 pairs and when I checked on the order, it was "on hold". They told me they would ship the order fedex that afternoon, but it would cost more. Fine, I paid the extra and they charged me shipping on my shipping. They said they would credit me the double charge an ship it that afternoon. Then 4 days later I called to ask where was a tracking number. It was still on hold. I said ok, just give me a refund. Lots of long pauses and then we will let you know when we are going to refund your money. 10 days later, they still won't reply.

Answering reply. Very smooth but that's not what happened. You lied about sending it out Thursday, and didn't contact me. The next week I had to bug and bug to find out it was still on hold. I did send the extra money for shipping, then you like and said "check your paypal, a full refund has been credited" which it hadn't, and I took a screen shot of that statement. The only way I finally got my refund was to call paypal and lodge a complaint!! THEN you refunded my money, the following week. Not a member of the better business bureau? No wonder! But there are still terrible reviews about you there. All seem to be about refunds.

Glasses were well made and the frames were high quality. Great value for the money. Stop being ripped off by your optician.

GREAT, inexpensive prescription glasses- located overseas. From placing the order to receiving the multiple glasses took less than 14 days- amazing. It goes overnight to the US once it ships. Only issue- no one appears to answer any customer service questions on the phone. If you leave a message- they usually do call you back later. Chat works later in the day pretty well. Overall- I love this company- having used several others before located in the US.

I bought 3 pair of prescription sunglasses from ABBE. All 3 of them had the right temple just fall off after a very brief time wearing them. I contacted ABBE and they stated they would be happy to replace them but never did and stopped responding. It’s unfortunate as I like the glasses and wrote a nice review and when the problem occurred I gave them a chance to remedy the problem but they did not.
