Tammy G. was great! She was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and SO patient with helping me with decisions about glasses, costs, etc. No pressure, just genuine care. Best experience I have ever had getting glasses!

The website was very easy to navigate- the directions were simple- i was able to order glasses in just a matter of minutes direct to my home

Yeah won’t be returning and definitely going to spread the word about the eye Dr. Michelle valella snapped my head off when my five year old was in the chair. My daughter was struggling to convey what a specific letter was and the doctor kept flipping the lens but that wasn’t the issue, she simply couldn’t identify that particular letter on cue. So I asked her if she knew what the letter was and the doctor snapped my head off and said “don’t interrupt me!” That’s my kid. I’ll interrupt you whenever I want to. It’s my actual job to advocate for her.
I was contacted by the office manager who made an offer for a discount on a future purchase after hearing about this incident. I accepted the offer for myself, not for my children for a contact lens consultation. I received a phone call today from the office manager stating that the doctor refused to see me if the Google review remained online. If I removed the review, she would be willing to see me. I canceled the appointment. The doctor has done nothing to remedy her own relationship with me, and trying to bribe me to remove the review prior to seeing me again is gross. All of the ick from this doctor, not sure who is willing to be bribed or if that ever works, but it’s not me.

Everything was explained very well. There were a lot of choices for frames. The ladies were friendly and super willing to help.

My RX was entered incorrectly by staff online and marked as expired. Not a fan of all the extra work I am having to do with the store locally!!! I still don’t have correct glasses that I can wear!

This is my second order, only because the first was perfect but a little big on me. I was able to return the first one. My order arrived within 3 days. Thank you to the Central team, you guys rock!

So much to cover here, I will try to keep it short and to the point. It is a 2hr drive each way to my nearest location. I scheduled an appointment and at my appointment I was explained what I needed in a new pair of glasses and new lenses for my old pair. I received two separate text messages stating "your glasses (1 of 2) are ready to be picked up." and then "your glasses (2 of 2) are ready to be picked up." I drove 2hrs Saturday to pick up and when I got there they had the new frames with lenses ready. The replacement lenses were not going to be ready until Tuesday! The manager told me I couldn't have received that text because they are not ready. I showed her the text and she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know what to say, we can't have them ready if we don't have your old frame." I told her that I asked the lady that sold me the replacement lenses if I needed to leave mine and she said no. I put the new frames with lenses on and my vision was worse! I asked her if that should happen. She told me "It will take a few weeks to get used to them." I questioned this and got several answers that made no sense. It only got worse from here!!!

Everyone there was amazing. Even Tammy at the Sherman tx store, that helped me out. She went above and beyond to help save me money. Also walked out with a 3 pair for only $20

Bailey is the best! She is so helpful and really knows eye ware. Can’t wait to come back for another pair!

I had a wonderful experience at Eyemart Express. I used the optometrist who had an office next door. I was seen promptly, and the exam was very thorough. I went next door to pick out my frames. A gentleman named Daniel was very helpful and patient. There was a little problem with my insurance, and Daniel helped me work through this problem. He also gave me suggestions about what frames would work for me. The glasses arrived at the store in 5 days. The eyeglass fitting was quick and easy. “General Manager” Ian is horrible with customer service. Have been going there more than 15 years. Will not be back because of him.
Had the nicest person taking in my new prescriptions. I can’t recall her name, but she sits at the first desk. She accidentally broke my sunglasses frame, which I planned to use for my new lenses. Had trouble to find frame to fit the lenses that they had prepared for the broken frame. Found a terrible frame that fit, and she told me that I could come back if I didn’t like the frame. Hence today’s disaster. Ian would not honor that. I had him credit my entire bill for two sets of lenses and one frame $241.79. I won’t be back. Buyer be ware!!!

bad service, I ordered the product April 2 and I supposed received them soon as 1 or two days because that is whai your web side said, but I am still waiting on my order
