They gave me fhe tracking number but now it says that item is abandoned, ABBE doesnt want to give me a new tracking number and when I talk about it or anything they don’t answer as soon as possible, the communication is poor and their phone number doesn’t even work, they say they will fix all of this but they don’t, they are not giving me a solution and I’m so concerned and anxious, if I could give it 0 stars I would, they are not communicating with me

Okay, the glass is broke within 3 months though!

Quality of glasses, fit was 100 percent perfect.

So I ordered a pair of glasses in December of 2025. My glasses were delivered to the wrong address I did not send them to i went back to talk to someone and no one would answer the customer service phone number I called repeatedly. I have I have screenshots of my order my order number and now I'm locked out of my account they won't even let me in my account telling you I never had one don't order from these people if something gets screwed up they will not compensate you or look out for you in any way.

I was not happy with my service from here. My glasses never arrived even though it said it did not sure if I will try to order again from this place or not and was not happy that customer service takes a couple hours to respond.

Update. I did get my glasses but, I didn't find them right away because whoever delivered them, just threw them in my yard. They were there for about 2 weeks before I found them. The glasses were nice.

I placed an order with Abbe. Tracking said that my glasses were delivered. I never got them. I tried calling customer service, there was no one to answer the phone. I sent an email and no one responded to my email. I feel like this company is a scam. I will never order from them again. I never got my glasses or my money back. I do not recommend this company.

GREAT!! I have been using Abbe glasses for a few years now. They have a good choice of frames and prescription is always spot on. I highly recommend them to anyone who purchases their glasses online

Everything correct

I got a pair of glasses but one of the nose pad fell off after one month of use. I messaged the company on chat but no one responded. Disappointing.

The shipping is kind of slow but the glasses are high quality

I had multiple shops from this online shop and in most cases the glasses were good. The frame was a bit tight in two cases. For Australia, it may take up to one month to deliver! 2-3 weeks in other cases.

I asked to return them because my prescription was wrong, but haven’t gotten a response to my inquiry.

I've been ordering for several years now and I've never had any problems

I emailed right away when I received my glasses. It seems the prescription was incorrect as I couldn't see out of them. No response. Messages every day. Third day, message was received from Abbe telling me they would contact me. I still sent messages requesting refund or correction. Couple weeks later, have not heard anything. Ripoff

The glasses look exactly like the pictures but they're hard to clean. My old glasses you could clean with just about anything and some breathe to the glass but not these. There is almost ALWAYS a bad glare if you dont use a microfiber cloth. I got the scratch resistant lenses FYI.
