Ho acquistato la 70mai A810 , per una spesa di 223 €, dopo poco piu di un anno ha iniziato a dare problemi di vario genere, si bloccava continuamente , saltava le registrazioni, aveva dei continui riavvii..purtroopo la mia pigrizia mi ha portato a rimandare la riparazione ma un mese prima della scadenza della garanzia, me ne ricordo e contatto l assistenza. Qui partono i problemi ..iniziano con una serie di mail infinite proponendomi prove di vario genere, aggiornamenti, reset vari
..su loro consiglio ho perfino sostituito la microsd da 256gb (pagata 40€) ma sempre senza ottenere nessun risultato ..intanto le settimane passavano nonostante i miei solleciti, quando finalmente li ho convinti che il prodotto doveva ritornare alla casa madre per la riparazione o sostituzione mi hanno detto che la garanzia era scaduta e non si poteva piu fare nulla, proponedomi solo uno sconto sull acquisto del nuovo...

Dallo storico dello scambio mail è uscito fuori che la mail di richiesta assistenza non era arrivata. Mi ha contattato 70mai e mi ha proposto la sostituzione della Dashcam. Complimenti a 70mai per la reattivita e disponibilita a risolvere i problemi, continuero ad essere loro cliente e ad usare i loro ottimi prodotti

I ordered 512 gb micro sd card and it was great experience .. Received confirmation e-mail, then e-mail with tracking number. Package arrived 7 days before expected .. 6 days totall.. international service ..

My thoughts on 70Mai A810s. The dashcam is true 4k, the colours are vivid, the road signs can be read properly, the gps is very accurate. Car registration plates are captured appropriately. Great high dynamic range, with the sun, the A810s reads car registration amazingly well together with road signs. 70mai added a cool feature which is the gps screensaver which greatly helps to stay within speed limits without looking down towards the dashboard, since the dashcam is slightly above my head. The gps screensaver has greatly helped me to concentrate on the road. not a regret. Love this dashcam. A810s does what its supposed to do, and does it well. The build is excellent. Both front and rear cam are amazing

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Quality & Service Failing

I’ve been a repeat customer of 70mai, but after my experience with this latest dashcam, I won’t be coming back. Despite previously trusting the brand, this second unit has been nothing but a headache from day one.
Technical Failures
The unit I received was faulty right out of the box. It constantly shuts itself off without warning and randomly prompts me to format the memory card. For a device that is supposed to provide peace of mind and security, it is completely unreliable.
The Warranty Nightmare
Getting help was an uphill battle. Even though the product was only four months old and clearly defective, the "back and forth" required to get them to honor a replacement was exhausting.
Shipping & Fulfillment Errors
After finally agreeing to a replacement, I had to wait a significant amount of time for the shipping. To make matters worse, when the package finally arrived, they had sent the wrong model. I paid for and owned a 3-channel system, yet they sent a 2-channel replacement.
Final Verdict
I am truly regretting my decision to stick with this company. Between the hardware issues and the incompetent customer service/fulfillment, they have officially lost a customer. If you’re looking for a reliable dashcam and a company that stands behind their product, look elsewhere.

Al 15 novembre 2025 ho acquistato direttamente dal sito la 70mai Dash Cam Omni 360° Full View with Built-In eMMCb128 GB ed il kit 4G Hardwire Kit UP04 per il collegamento alla batteria dell'auto alla sorveglianza H24 tramite una scheda telefonica. Ho aspettato 4 mesi prima di fare la recensione sperando che qualche problema si risolvesse in collaborazione con il Servizio Clienti 70mai, ma cosi' non é stato. Innanzitutto il kit 4G UP04 funziona esclusivamente con una scheda TIM, nonostante 70mai pubblichi su youtube che tutti i provider di SIM sono accettati tramite la possibilita' di una procedura manuale di configurazione. Non é vero per 70mai Omni 360 ed ilkit UP04. Per me questo é stato un problema perché TIM mi obbliga a un extra di 5 euro al mese per la Svizzera (5 GB dati) per, oltre al fatto che ho bruciato 30 euro di ricarica in un viaggio di un giorno prima di accorgermene. Altro problema: sono dovuto tornare all'elettrauto per installare un nuovo kit 4G UP04 perchè l'originario dopo pochi giorni ha smesso di funzionare. Per questa reinstallazione ho speso 100 euro di elettrauto. Ma i problemi non sono finiti. Io ho una macchina nuova, una Toyota CH-R e se sta ferma parcheggiata dopo 24 ore la batteria va in protezione ed il kit 4G si spenge. Quindi la sorveglianza per mia esperienza é al massimo 24 ore, non di piu'. Altro problema: quando si guida, la dashcam 70mai Omni 360 piu' volte inizia a registrare a sua discrezione, senza un comando. Non c'é controllo. Non solo. La dashcam 70mai Omni 360 accetta solo comandi in inglese, non é previsto di poter dare comandi in italiano. Ma non é finita. Anche se la batteria auto é carica, di notte, quindi a bassa illuiminazione, la dashcam 70mai Omni 360 non si attiva mai. Puoi passarci accanto, ma 70mai Omni 360 non registra mai con bassa luminosita' esterna. Aggiornamenti del firmware ?.... Mai ricevuti. Complessivamente mi sembra ci siano molti motivi per essere veramente insoddisfatto

Product fails after a couple of months. No refund . AVOID !!!!

Ho acquistato sul portale AliExpress ed ho effettuato un reso, anche a seguito di una descrizione non proprio corretta (il modello 800e non supporta il modulo 4G). Nonostante avessi fornito tutte le prove, si sono inventati prima che il reso non era arrivato, poi che era diverso (?!) poi mi hanno detto che avrei aavuto il rimborso se cancellavo la mia disputa su PayPal. Ho cancellato (e non si può più riaprire) e poi mi hanno di nuovo negato il rimborso. Vogliono un video che avrei dovuto girare mentre imballavo il prodotto e mentre lo portavo dal corriere... Pazzesco

Bought the x200 dashcam, in just over a year the cams parking sentry mode stopped working properly and would randomly record non stop flattening the car battery.
Aimee the customer service representative asked for proof of this which was sent..
I was offered a refund and was asked to return the cam with my banking details .
A refund was not given, instead I was told that my bank details were not found in their system. I have now waited and waited and waited, emailing asking what is happening, it's a little bit long to be waiting for a refund only to be told she keeps talking to her team and she will give me any updates that she receives. The last email I sent I said I've got the feeling I'm just not going to get my refund and I have not had a response from them since so now they have the 279 dollars I paid for the camera and they have the camera. This has been going on since late October 2025.
I'm not sure what to call this but I'd say it is misleading and deceptive conduct which is likely a criminal offence.
I don't know who this company thinks they are but they haven't heard the last from me, this is one company that should not be able to sell online in any capacity.

Update.
After contacting consume affairs and cbos, with cbos contacting them they have refunded me the full amount. It's a shame it came to this to get back what should have been refunded in a week, not 3 months.

Kurz vor Ablauf der Gewährleistung trat bei meiner 70mai Omni ein Fehler auf: Es wurden keine Videos und Fotos während der Fahrt mehr abgespeichert. Der Support antwortet immer nur sehr einsilbig nach 24 Stunden und nach anfänglichem Angebot einer vollen Erstattung des Kaufpreises zog man das dann wieder zurück, mit der Begründung, die Gewährleistung sei abgelaufen, obwohl ich Nachweise erbracht habe, dass die Dashcam innerhalb der Gewährleistungspflicht nicht mehr während der Fahrt aufgezeichnet hat. Da ich den Kauf über Amazon getätigt habe, werde ich nun versuchen, dort Unterstützung zu bekommen.Ich kann jedem nur raten, in einem solchen Fall hartnäckig zu bleiben, denn auch chinesische Unternehmen müssen sich an deutsches oder EU-Recht halten.
Update: Der Support, ein Herr Koyo, hat inzwischen meinen Gewährleistungsanspruch anerkannt und eine Ersatzlieferung veranlasst. Das Trackingsystem zur Verfolgung der Lieferung aus China ist hervorragend. Ich habe die Ersatzkamera inzwischen erhalten und sie funktioniert einwandfrei.

Comprato il bundle della 70mai con la Dash cam Omni 4k arrivato tutto in perfetto stato montato dopo circa una settimana ho avuto un problema . Ho restituito il tutto facendo il reso contattando l'assistenza della 70mai che mi ha seguito passo passo precisa puntuale nelle risposte e costante davvero sempre presente! Rispedito il tutto con estrema precisione ho rimontato tutto e funziona tutto alla grande quindi che dire grazie 70mai per l'assistenza super preziosa !

Item never arrived and they refuse to refund me.
I ordered a battery pack on October 22nd which was supposed to arrive in 7is business days. October 30th the item had not even been processed in china yet. Contacted Joshua and was told he’ll call me next day with an update. Never called me back despite me telling g him I’m flying out of country soon and if they can’t send it immediately just cancel and refund me. November 3rd the item had still not even shipped! Since the. I contacted May(Mylene) and Joshua and told them both the item will not arrive in time and to cancel my order and recorded all conversations as well. 3 times they promised to resolve this and 3 times they promised to call me back within 8-12 hours and NOT ONCE did they follow through. I’m giving them one more day and if they have not cancelled and fully refunded me, I will be contacting my credit card insurance! This is insanity! I can’t believe this is how they treat their customers!!

Ordered a dashcam package never delivered. In the beginning a woman Cara responded but after I told them I want my money back. Nothing anymore. The case is with my legal insurance and creditcard money return guarantee.

Auf der Shopseite wurde das Produkt als sofort lieferbar angezeigt.

Nach 3 Tagen beim Support nachgefragt, da immer noch nichts versendet wurde, hier wurde gesagt es handle sich um eine Vorbestellung und es dauert noch (bei Amazon war das Produkt sofort lieferbar)

Daraufhin habe ich den Support um Stornierung gebeten, was mir schriftlich bestätigt wurde, dass dies kein Problem sei.

Einen Tag später wurde das Produkt angeblich versendet, daher doch keine Stornierung mehr möglich laut Support. Seit dem im Status „elektronisch angekündigt“ bei Hermes (über 1 Woche).

PayPal Fall ist geöffnet…

Simply DO NOT buy ANY product from 70mai! The battery is not sold separately after dying and yes it will die as it is a minimal 500mAhp and in hot countries like Europe south Italy Greece etc they die in a years time! the company WONT recognise it and they will reply to you (I do have emails if needed) as "We apologize that the product you are using malfunctioned. We don't sell battery separately.
We suggest you contact your original seller for the warranty service if your device is still under the warranty period.
We appreciate your understanding."

Which means ZERO as ALL shops selling it to you are NOT offering replacement but they point you to the monther company who doesnt give a sh*t about it.... STAY AWAY from it!

PS: I DID open it myself and replace the battery with third party BUT this is not suggested as WHAT IF this battery doesnt work well or explodes under my wind screen under sun and burns down my car? what if?

Magari sono eccessivo ma ho acquistato 5 loro hascam e 3 moduli 4G e li adoro. Avendo acquiatato al nuova Omni 4K è normale che essendo uscita da poco tempo ci sia qualche bug o problema, ho scritto a loro e dopo una settimana è uscito un aggiornamento con le funzioni da me richieste.

70mai A510 con modulo 4G.
Acquistata 3 settimane fa e fino ad adesso nessun problema, ho contattato il servizio clienti per dei consigli e sono stati gentilissimi fornendomi delle indicazioni per l'acquisto della scheda 4G per il monitoraggio parcheggio.

I bought the A510 dual dash cam from Amazon for roughly £100. The front camera produces fairly decent video quality, for the price. However, don't rely on it to record every moment of your driving trip.

I've had the dash cam for roughly 2 months now, and on 3 occasions, after removing the SD card, I found that there are big gaps in my driving. For example, I removed the SD card, just a few days ago, after witnessing an erratic and dangerous driver, only to find that the dash cam had failed to record my 30 minute trip.

I don't remove the SD card that often, so god knows how many times it's failed to record.

I've emailed 70mai, and as of yet, there's been no reply.
