420 Property is my "go to" for businesses and properties
Have used this site for several years now and love it! They are know as one of the legacy websites that still exist from the prop 215 days! I have bought and sold a couple licenses and found my current grow spot on the site. I called for support line to stop my current subscription since I wont need it for a while and the guy on the phone was super nice and to my surprise, was also the owner - we chatted for about an hour on the state of the industry. Will use again over and over again in the future as needed.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Signed on with them to sell a property. The entire process was a scam. I cancelled our listing a couple of months after signing on with them, after having all kinds of very negative experiences with this company. Then found out today that they have been charging me for a year for a premium subscription. Of course the agent was rude and told me they could not refund my money but I insisted so the agent cussed me out over the phone. He told me to shut the h*ll up. He told me to f*c%ing shut my mouth and listen. He used the word 'GD' which I would not even write down as I wouldn't take the Lord's name in vain like that. When we used other outlets to advertise, our property sold in a matter of days. Steer clear of this company. Not professionals and a disgrace to the cannabis industry altogether. Companies like this make us all look bad.

Love it!
This place has so many cannabis businesses available. I thought they were a broker when I called then they call center let me know that they are a marketplace only and I needed to contact the listing owner. I ended up finding a broker and have made an offer on a business.

Excellent Place to Sell a Cannabis Business
Was skeptical listing my business on these niche cannabis listing websites at first then, once I did I wish I had done it sooner. I had more people that wanted to buy my cannabis business than I knew what to do with.
