The Luxury Well side of things could not have gone better, or been more helpful. The only negative was some very slow delivery once FedEx Ground (the 55 lb box had to come by ground - grounded in bad weather. That completely aside - brilliant on all counts! The Luxury well brought me something I have longed for for years - the M1 clock kit - and eased all the ordering, customs, etc. A very good experience!
Bought and paid for a watch on their website ,that all went through okay had an email back later to say they have cancelled the purchase and refunded the money with no explanation why and when I emailed them there was no reply, am waiting for the money to reappear in my bank account??
Had an excellent experience with TLW. The watch was delivered exactly as described in the posting on Chrono24. Brand new with all protective film intact. TLW was also quick to respond, courteous, and answered all my questions leading up to the transaction. Also provided updates on when the watch was shipping out, as well as providing pictures prior to boxing up for shipment. I found that to be very helpful and reassuring. Would definitely purchase from them again in the future.
