Ordered from them 8 days ago. the website said US warehouse but got a tracking number that seems to be from china. 8 days later there is still no tracking info available on the website. I sent them an email about it 5 days ago and no reply from them.

Edit* customer service replied and said because of the pandemic they are unable to ship from USA. This is not an acceptable because the site still clearly says USA warehouse but ships from China.

Their free shipping took 2 weeks... Guess that's why it's free, otherwise they have cheap prices and quality products!!

Ordered 2 items and after 3 weeks of waiting no items so I contacted Royal Mail as they had produced a tracking number only for royal mail to tell me that the physical item hasn't entered into there system so email sent to request refund

DO NOT ORDER FROM 3AVAPE. Be very careful. I ordered in may of 2019 and again now in July 2020. The first time they were late on shipping, and this time they send me a message that my item won't be available for another 15 days when everything I ordered was in stock. I've already waited a week now I gotta wait 15 more days. That's ridiculous. I cancelled my order.

I ordered a Visticking VK530, mesh tank and 3 boxes of coils from these guys and they were delivered to me today in the UK in 9 days, all for £35 delivered No stock issues, no damage, nothing missing... Exactly what I ordered.
This is my first ordered from 3aVape and I'll definitely be back for more.

I ordered several products from this company 2 months ago. This company shows little to no concern for their customers. I've contacted them several times and simply recieve a stock response to wait longer. They blame the pandemic for the delay however I've recently ordered from other Chinese companies in the same area and didn't have this issue. They have provided zero update since may 28. Even the original info simply states they've prepared the shipment. I've been patient for 2 months with zero progress. Im not the only one either. Stay away from this company. Try other reputable Chinese companies. This company is horrible and they are nothing but thieves.
