I ordered 2 of the Ursa cap pod vapes. I was told that it was a 24 to 48 hour timeframe to fill order one week later still nothing. I emailed support 3 separate times and finally got a response regarding FDA delays but he website says the items are at a USA warehouse. Customer support is horrible and I will be surprised if I don't have to file a charge back with my bank because the item will never be shipped let alone received.

Hands down the worst company I've ever bought from online. First off I ordered 9-28 with a 3-7 lead time. So when I hadn't received any updates I reached out on Oct 9 to then be told that they were sry but the fda was inspecting there wearhouse and there was a delay. They didn't seem to care that I was waiting on there. Then they couldn't give me the colors that I ordered. They only had one color available . Then it was the weekend so nothing until Monday when they were sry for the inconvenience this has caused. And when I get them to let them know. And they'll will send me 5% discount. Ha I will never buy from them again. I finally gor them today 10 - 19. 21 days later. Completely unprofessional.

When checking out, their shipping costs are pretty standard in pricing and as long as you don’t need your device the next day, it’s definitely worth the wait. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!!!

I think 3Avape is an Amazing Site. It is Setup Nice & Neat, Very Organized and that makes it Extremely Easy to Search for what you're looking for! I find the Prices to be Really Good, especially when they have Sales and Clearance Items.

Customer service is top notch!

Ordered XROS refill pods & after a 1 month I decided to reach out to ask if they plan on mailing them. Heard nothing. Tried second time, nothing again. Decided to get a hold of a rep at BB Bureau to tell them about this & a rep at the BBB gave me their email to attach to a third email I sent them telling them to deliver the order by a specific date or refund by a specific date....and informed them that I have attached a rep at BBB to this email so they could witness the terrible customer service. Well, well, well, the order came in the mail in a couple days. This seems to be an ongoing problem with 3Avape if you read their reviews. Horrible cust service & orders not delivered or taking months to arrive. Needless to say that was the first time I ordered from them & will nvr order from them again.

Order two weeks ago and still didn't ship. Email several times and no response. Stay away

Placed an order about 6 months ago. A month in I was sent a message that 1 of the items was discontinued and to pick something else. Which I did. Months later still nothing. Stopped replying to emails.

3avape is one of my go-to’s whenever I need new vape stuff. They always have a different selection than some of the bigger websites, and they are always reasonably priced. There customer service is top notch as well. Id recommend to anyone
