365 was acquired by UKnode in August 2024. UKnode has not responded to any of my tickets or emails and now our website and work emails are down. They have no phone number or live chat.

Trying to find a company that can…
Trying to find a company that can actually do what you need and in good time is a nightmare. Many fail to deliver!
When i had a serious issue, '365' (Chris) worked tirelessly to sort the problem out. He went above and beyond to get it right.
Emails and phone calls are answered promptly unlike many companies which takes stress and strain away when you have a business to run... in short i couldn't recommend them highly enough

Personally blown away from the service…
Personally blown away from the service and the outcome of my new website.
Going to keep this short as people just won’t read it all. All you need to know is that if your passionate about your business or what ever you need a website for then you must let this company produce their magic.
I was put in touch with Chris who has been my go too person and he has been outstanding. I am not taking anything away from the rest of the team as I know everyone worked so hard on my site so thank you all.
There is so much back office work going on in my website that people will never see. It’s so complex but will now make my life incredibly easier.

Exceptional service…
We moved our email and website hosting to 365Hosts back in April and it was the best decision we ever made! Since then the team at 365 have also given our websites a complete makeover and helped us to develop workarounds that have saved us so much time and have pushed our business to the next level.
