365Hosts took over our radio station streaming (pbradio.co.uk) soon after the station was set up to support the community through the Covid-19 crisis.

I cannot praise highly enough the help and support we have received. We are building a first-rate partnership based on mutual trust. The company is highly responsive and nimble. Best of all, there is a person on the end of the line!

We now have two stations being hosted by 365Hosts. The platform is stable with a high quality of sound.

365Hosts technical support team was amazing! The developer of my website had missed renewing my hosting and was no longer in the business. I didn't really know what to do as I thought my site was lost for good.
I explained the situation to 365hosts support and they understood my problem were able save and restore my website files. They walked me through how to bring back my website so it was under my own account and control.
They are smart, quick and effective. I really glad I renew with them!

Ho chattato con Chris Withington che e stato gentilissimo ad aiutarmi per la fase d'acquisto.
Durante l'uso della VPS ho dovuto ricorrere all'assistenza per farmi attivare una funzione che non si riusciva ad attivare e con l'aiuto di Neil Wilson che è riuscito ad attivarmi la funzione che li avevo chiesto.

If you are looking for a hosting company that care and will go that extra mile, then go with 365.....only a few words, but when did you last feel personally cared for by a company? I don't remember the last time I felt genuinely cared for by a company until becoming a customer of 365, so thanks 365 for having me as a customer, three hundred and sixty five stars <3

Within minutes of explaining my issues Chris was explaining my options and implementing them remotely on my computer.
It was a totally professional and efficient service which i cannot recommend enough.

Excellent service this morning (sunday)! Receieved a message saying there was an unusually high amount of processing going on with my website, this was promptly looked into and the abusive IP address blocked with everything returning to normal. Had 365 hosts not been monitoring this 24/7 & 365 days and even alerting me on a Sunday the website could of been hacked and untold damage done. Thank you 365 Hosts!!!

Wow what can I say, the support these guys give is second to none absolutely first class.

They have migrated all my website for me, helped setting up my email account and there servers are super fast. I have been with a lot of different hosting companies over the years and have never had this much timely support and help.

All my websites are now hosted with 365hosts I just wish I found them sooner. if you are looking for the best hosting company and support look no further.

Ever since 354hosts bought out the hosting company I've used for 5+ years, I've seen nothing but an increase in my website's speed. Their unlimited package is best in class (in terms of pricing and offer) and I just had an issue today which got resolved in less than 10 minutes by Neil Wilson on support (and today is the Sunday just before Christmas!). Superb service!

What a service Last three days one of my sites received 100,000's of thousands hits over and over, causing serious strain on server resources. The team at 365Hosts jumped on this issue with determination, digging deep down to find the cause. Transferred to Cloudflare,cleared and debugged all. Several members at 365Hosts were super helpful, Special thanks to Phoebe, Peter, Trinkal and several unknown tech personal.
You guys and girls are the BEST service team I ever worked with.

Excellent service from Peter G, sat with me for a few hours on LiveChat and helped me recover a website I had thought was lost. Was a really fast and clean process and within those 3 hours I stopped worrying, my website The House Of Horus is back up, and a portfolio of 7 years not under threat of disappearing. Cannot thank him enough, this is my life's work that got me to where I am today. Hence! I'll be returning to 365 Hosts to manage the domain from now on.
