We are sorry to hear about the issue with your decal set. The decals should certainly not start lifting at the corners just one day after application, and we understand how disappointing this must be.
We would like to take a closer look at this and determine what may have caused the issue. Our Customer Care team will reach out to you directly to request some photos and additional information so that we can properly assess the product and find a suitable solution for you.
Please keep an eye on your inbox, and we will be happy to assist you further.

I loved the quality of the product, super warm and well waterproof for the rains, so if you read well before ordering, don't make a mistake like me I asked for a wrong size, but they kindly guided me to make the change, so I will surely continue buying because I liked everything.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the shipping time.
After reviewing your order, we can see that it was dispatched three days after being placed and was delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase.
We understand, however, that when you need spare parts for an upcoming race, every day matters. If you require your items sooner in the future, we recommend selecting our express shipping option, where available, for faster delivery.
We always recommend keeping an eye on the estimated delivery date shown when placing an order, especially when parts are needed urgently for a specific race or event.
We hope to welcome you back again soon!
Kind regards,
24MX

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that receiving your order quickly can be particularly important when you are waiting for parts or equipment.
Having reviewed your order, we can confirm that it was processed and delivered within the delivery estimate displayed when the purchase was made. We are sorry that the standard delivery timeframe was nevertheless longer than you expected.
For time-sensitive purchases, we recommend checking the expected arrival date shown during checkout. Where available, you can also choose express delivery for a significantly faster shipping option.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than you anticipated.
The expected delivery timeframe for each order is displayed during the ordering process, and we always aim to have orders arrive within this estimate. We understand, however, that when an item is needed quickly, even the standard delivery timeframe can feel too long.
For future orders that are more time-sensitive, we recommend checking the estimated arrival date before completing your purchase and choosing express delivery where available.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to provide you with a faster experience on your next order.
