Normally 5 star , one product arrived damaged ; could not find a way to let them know so that I could get a replacement ; I ve still ordered twice more since, and will continue to order from them

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a protective riding jacket, but it arrived with a broken shoulder protector. I contacted customer support on the very day it was delivered, yet more than a month has passed and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
I actually need this item, but I can’t use it because of the damaged protector. What’s most frustrating is that I’ve been waiting for a response and a solution for over a month, despite contacting customer service repeatedly.

Poor adhesive on decals
Quality of the decal set was quite poor, they started to lift off the next day. Plastics were cleaned thoroughly acetone and decals applied with a heat gun to conform to the shape properly but they are starting to lift on all the corners already.
