Founded in 2017 by Natalie Wales, an airline cabin crew member with over 20 years of experience handling real-life emergencies at 35,000 feet, 1st Steps First Aid was born out of a passion for helping others feel prepared and empowered. Natalie’s calm, confident approach and deep understanding of safety protocols bring a unique energy to every course, making training not only effective but genuinely enjoyable. Awesome course

I found it to be highly informative and practical. clearly and engagingly. The hands-on practice sessions were particularly beneficial, as they allowed us to apply what we learned in real-life scenarios.
The course covered a wide range of topics, from basic CPR and wound care to handling more complex emergencies like choking and fractures.
