Founded in 2017 by Natalie Wales, an airline cabin crew member with over 20 years of experience handling real-life emergencies at 35,000 feet, 1st Steps First Aid was born out of a passion for helping others feel prepared and empowered. Natalie’s calm, confident approach and deep understanding of safety protocols bring a unique energy to every course, making training not only effective but genuinely enjoyable. I recently completed a first aid course
I recently completed a first aid course, and I must say it was excellent! The content was informative, the instructor (Natalie Kay) was knowledgeable, and the hands-on practice was invaluable. I feel much more confident now in my ability to handle emergency situations. Highly recommend this course to anyone looking to learn life-saving skills

Fab first aid training course
Iv been to many first aid course for many years and this one was one of the best, iv learnt alot more from thus one then any due to the indepth teaching and humour from trainer.
