Founded in 2017 by Natalie Wales, an airline cabin crew member with over 20 years of experience handling real-life emergencies at 35,000 feet, 1st Steps First Aid was born out of a passion for helping others feel prepared and empowered. Natalie’s calm, confident approach and deep understanding of safety protocols bring a unique energy to every course, making training not only effective but genuinely enjoyable. Today, we proudly deliver first aid training across schools, nurseries, families, and professional sectors, helping thousands take their first step toward saving lives.

I recently completed a First Aid Training course with Ms. Natalie Kay, who is an incredibly talented instructor. She made the course engaging and easy to understand, ensuring that all participants felt confident in their abilities by the end of the session. Her expertise and teaching style were outstanding.
I would also like to commend 1st Steps First Aid for being one of the best training providers in the region. The course was well-organized, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality first-aid training.
