Founded in 2017 by Natalie Wales, an airline cabin crew member with over 20 years of experience handling real-life emergencies at 35,000 feet, 1st Steps First Aid was born out of a passion for helping others feel prepared and empowered. Natalie’s calm, confident approach and deep understanding of safety protocols bring a unique energy to every course, making training not only effective but genuinely enjoyable. The course tutor was fabulous she explained everything we needed to know down to the very last detail. The course was also enjoyable and friendly. The practical was also enjoyable anything we got wrong she'd come over and check and show what we did wrong till we got it right.

1st steps first Aid, the hole day from start to finish, was really relaxed, Natalie was a very nice lady, made things easy to understand and take in . She couldn't do enough for everyone in our group. Some new to first aid but Natalie had different ways of communicating so everyone went anyway with greater knowledge. Highly recommend 100%. Hopefully in 3 years we will have her back . Thanks Nat

Great experience that gave me all the confidence I needed
Natalie was fantastic at delivering an informative yet fun first aid training course. So much so that all of the individuals at my school scored extremely high. This is down to how Natalie went over each topic in great depth. I wouldn't change anything and I will be recommending to others. After my course I had to do first aid for the first time on a fairly minor injury at work and I had the confidence and knowledge needed to do it without hesitation. Thank you for the experience.
