I attended Natalie's Paediatric First Aid Training Course in October 2025 and when I am due for renewal I will definitely be booking her again! She was very engaging, knowledgeable and taught us information lots of us hadn't heard on previous courses. 100% recommend!

My Team & I recently attended the Emergency First Aid at Work course with Natalie from 1st Steps First Aid, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very start, she created a welcoming and supportive learning environment that immediately put everyone at ease.
Natalie has a fantastic way of breaking down complex information into clear, practical steps, making it easy to understand and remember. who knew training on a Saturday could be enjoyable
Never did I think training on a Saturday would be enjoyable but Natalie is a great first aid trainer and made it fun.
I’ve done 2 day first aid course a couple of times over my childcare career and I can honestly say I feel like I learned so much more with Natalie.
Can’t recommend enough……
