Waited several months. Left several messages and email with No Response. No message to us upon signing up that it would take months on end and they would not respond to your questions or requests. DO NOT pay for the test. Joe Rogan needs to be aware of this scam

After listening to Garry Brecka on a podcast, I could not have been more excited to get a genetic test. The process took more than a month which seems reasonable. After getting the results, I ordered the supplement they recommended for my genetic mutation. Similar to other reviews, I was put off by the excessive shipping fees on an already expensive supplement but never the less, I was hopeful and ordered them on a recurring basis. Two weeks later when I still had not received the supplements, I inquired via email. The response was short and not so sweet. "We are sold out, do you want your money back?" Wait. What!?! It is important to note, I am not upset they are out of the supplement they recommended. I am upset at their cavalier attitude concerning it. 10X does a great job of selling you. They are even more amazing at taking your money. However when it comes to execution and customer service they are among the worst I have experienced. Good news! I found the same supplement at Thorne (ships for FREE through Amazon).
Several of my family members have inquired about the testing. Through a little research I found Ways2well which offers the same test for half the price and you get a 30 minute consultation.

My wife and I ordered the test kits after listening to Gary on Joe Rogan and we recieved our results back. While we both recieved results that may have been unique and were different issues the entire solution was to purchase their supplement 10X at a cost of $180 per month each plus another supplement that they sell. I understood that they would provide nutrition and food advice not only offer a supplement to fix all your issues. We could have saved $1200 on the tests and they should just tell you to take 10X supplement. Total BS.

Bootcamp sucks you in then everything else is not up to par at all. Totally regret everything with them.

Spent around 900 dollars for the DNA test and supplements. I was promised times on the results 1 1/2 weeks to 2 weeks. Been over 4 weeks still nothing the vitamins I ordered haven’t even been shipped yet call the number online no answer then it says please email for faster replies no replies finally found a phone number where someone would answer (305)682-1818. They changed all times to receive what I have paid for 3-6 weeks for DNA and not dates for the supplements nobody ever told me about back ordered products or any message at all. I was really excited about this now feel like I’ve been lied to

They're completely disorganized. Good luck getting your blood results. I went on the vitamin protocol they recommended and after week 2 started having severe anxiety. Went off them and feel like a normal human again. I'm embarrassed I fell for all the snake oil Gary Brecka was selling.

Seems to be a scam. The website give you an 800 number to call for support but it is only a recording that tells you to instead 'text your problem' to the 800 number and they will get back to you. Seriously?

I also tried emailing them but it's been 4 days without a response. Best advice would be to make your purchases with a card that you can dispute the charges and get your money back.

At the end of the day, all this does is give Gary Brecka a reputation of shady business practices. Better to clean up your own backyard before knocking on your neighbor's door Gary..

What a scam! They nail you for the test ($600) then recommend supplements you pay for and never receive. I lost a total of $700 can't believe operations like this are allowed to run a business. Called and was forwarded to someone's personal cell phono vm.

High pressure sales, they don't take no for an answer, and when you finally get off the phone and realize you didn't want to commit to any of it, they say "sorry, no refunds." They have no compassion for the people they're swindling because they're in it for their high commission sales. It's disappointing that someone with this much influence would have created such a toxic company that is more concerned with taking people's money than offering them the actual support and guidance necessary to make the promised changes in their lives.

Gary Brecka is FANTASTIC! I am truly amazed by his knowledge. He is the best of the best! Unfortunately, the 10x program with Grant Cardone is not. Gary is above this program since the 10X staff cannot keep up and do not seem to have the same beliefs/training. You can almost Never get in touch with the right person. Whatever I’ve needed over the past 5 months of being in the program, I can’t get. Texting seems to get the best results, but then it’s impossible yo know who you’re texting. Emails… forget about getting a response. It truly pains me to say these things, but I have to be honest to try and warn others. If you’re thinking of joining 10X, you should wait until they get these issues worked out.

I loved their vitamins and supplements but the customer service is terrible. My vitamins finish the end of July and I still have not been able to get more.
First they needed updated credit card form,
second needed lab work done,
third needed a doctor to sign a health form,
fourth needed a Lifestyle & Questionnaire form.
Two months later and I’m still waiting.

The company is ran like a regime, dictatorship and startup even though it opened in Florida back in 2016. Sheri Hamilton which is the COO has never ran a business, owned a business nor did any of the exec's. Sheri speaks to all employees as if they are 5 years old. The employees are told if they are even 1 minute late they are fired. The ratio of terminated employees vs new hires are 8 fired to 1 new hire. The amount of active employees are around 300 and they have fired over 3000 since opening. The only thing that is following the 10X rule is firing employees. The majority of sales employees are in their 20's as they are naive and don't know this is not normal. There is a morning meeting that you are forced to chant and cheer for Sheri and if you are not cheering loud enough you will be forced to physically do exercises then fired. As employees the exec's are always stating to customers to not work for someone else and build their empire yet this is exactly what the employees do for the exec's. The compensation is barely market rate and the health insurance is very expensive and much less expensive if you pay for it outside of the company. They film everything in the building and review it all day and fire people like it is going out of style. The company sells business coaching which is truly ironic given that the coaches have never owned/ran a business and the exec's at Grant Cardone do not run their business even close to well. To be clear the success system is nothing but fluff...don't buy into the guru thing.

I got the genetic test. We did the genetic test review. I got my supplements. Beware ! The multivitamin messed up my libido big time in just one week of taking the supplement. Don’t know what ingredient it was and 10x doesn’t know either. I Stopped the 10x Optimize (multivitamin) and a week later my libido is 100% good. I tried to return the 3 unopened bottles and 10x said sorry, can’t take them back of refund you. This is BS. I’m buying all my supplements from Thorne from now on. And the nurses at my genetic test review sounded like they were reading off a script. I would like to do the blood testing but after this experience I’m done.

I would not recommend this waste of time promises they can’t keep and when they mess up they will not call you back

The labs they have you do are extremely detailed and the follow up from their doctors are also fantastic in helping explaining them. I had low energy and the vitamins they gave me from the gene test for sure put my energy back up.
Looking forward to the next step of vitamins and medication from my lab results as you can tell they kno exactly what’s going on with your body from these labs. Very professional and good ppl! Great experience for my health so far.

I recently went for an interview as a security professional for their company. I am a retired Asst Police Chief and 9th degree blackbelt. The reason I didn't get the job? Their snooty COO Sheri Crawford Hamilton told the company that was sponsoring me that I had an odor of cigarette smoke. I have never smoked in my life, physically fit and I was in shock that was the reason I was rejected. I had explained to her that I was coming from work.

On the patio where I work some people smoke so I am assuming that because I came straight from work for the interview that she possibly detected the smell of cigarettes. No doubt, thats possible but I explained to her I was coming straight from work so I did not have a chance to shower because they wanted to see me at that time. The gentleman who sponsored me even called her back to explain the whole ordeal and instead of allowing me to come back after a fresh shower like anybody would take before going to an interview, she said nope, cant have an employee smelling of smoke. Unbelievable. And that's a professional in charge of his company and customer relations (both internal and external)?

Borderline scam, unethical sales practices at best. Sales team will create a sense of urgency for you to buy a product that you don't need or can't afford, they'll tell you "deal ends tonight" and yet days later the deal is still on the website. If you listened to their free session, they've primed you to spend that money. Grant will say this over and over again, "steal from your mom if you need, put in on credit cards", "if you can't spend this X amount now, how do you expect to get wealthy". Sales team will also pressure you into buying it saying "do it for me", "I need the commission". If you've spent money, don't expect to see it come back. Your best chance is if the FTC or FBI takes notice and they successfully get a settlement or court order, you might get pennies on the thousands you've spent back.

Don’t get sucked in by this scam. They will suck you dry of money. Still trying to take money out of my account and I don’t even know why.

Horrible experience while interviewing for the Aventura location. I was promised a final 3rd interview/ after waiting for 2-3 weeks for upper management to get back from Vacation . I reached back to do a follow up and I was told by HR I wasn’t selected without the opportunity of doing a final interview as promised. It was definitely a horrible interview process and no Fairness/ nor transparency.

I did the blood and the genetic testing but the call with the Dr was so disappointing just read out the result without giving me any info - I can read... what I was expecting was a Drs POV of the blood work. When I tried to have a call regarding the suggested supplements from the genetic testing I was canceled on twice both last minute, They will definitely be available and call you when its about money and booking your appointments but do not expect any professionalism afterward unless they are trying to sell you something else. Save your money!
