All of the negative reviews are reflective of the actual experience. They also lost my medical records 3 times. I reiterate- how have they not been sued to oblivion yet?? It's probably time for people to rally and start sending complaints to attorney general offices and the governing body for HIPAA.

I booked the 10x event with a vip ticket for the first time. After they took my money, I've received multiple calls from different sale people in their office trying to sell me the premium seat. Besides that, they don't care about you or anything else. Every time they called you, they always tried to sell you something. They never sent me any information or details about the event. They even didn't let me choose my seat. The only thing they cared is they took your money without the option for a refund if you are not happy with the service. I paid $1,750 for the vip ticket but they treated me like shi*t. I wish I could have listened to my close friends to not going to this event.

Was dumb and bought this snake oil of a program. Should have looked up reviews first. It's a giant waste of money. Done waste your time or money please. It was an expensive lesson learned for me.

So far so good had my kit within a week and results in a few days and already started supplements and diet change accordingly 👌 I'll be back for full review in a month🫡

This is a complete SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I listened to Gary on Rogan and bought everything he said, hook line and sinker. FYI, I am very fit, follow a good diet and workout hard 4-6 days a week including BJJ. I also have been diagnosed with IBS and take cholestyramine everyday for this. I would love not to be dependent on big pharma but the drug works and I don't have to go to the toilet 5-10 times a day literally since I have been on it.
I bought the genetic test and it tells me I have upper GI issues not lower GI issues, this is incorrect according to the guy who scopes my intestines regularly and is a full on specialist.
So, then I contact and prepay for the 1 hour consultation $125 on top of the $599 already paid. 10X tells me I cannot speak with anyone for 3 weeks minimum. I call back 4 weeks later and I am told it will be at least 30 more days. WTH?!?!? I complain and they give me back the $125 consultation fee but nothing for the genetic test results, which are just a pitch for the customer to buy Gary's overpriced supplements. Bottom line is DO NOT BE FOOLED BY SMOOTH TALKER GARY BRECKA. The guy is full of BS and took a lot of my money with nothing to show for it! If I could give 10X negative I would!!

If you’re not feeling well and trying to feel better, do not waste your time or money on 10X Health. They are terrible. Their doctors do not follow Gary Brecka’s protocol/beliefs at all. I still believe Gary Brecka is extremely knowledgeable, but if you can’t see him ($25,000 and he’s not available), do not work with 10X Health. He should part ways with them before they ruin his reputation too.

Sent in the test kit. No results. After 6 weeks, I called, they said there was insufficient DNA on the test., Twice, they claimed to send replacement kit. No kit arrived., Have spent two weeks trying to get a refund, but they have no idea what to do. Poorest customer service experience I have every had with a retail outfit. Would no reccomend.

This company is smoke and mirrors. They provide "genetic results" that are nothing more than copy and paste nonsense. My husband and I both got suckered into the scam and paid $1200 total only to get our "personalized results" back and discover that with hundreds of possible variations, ours were identical with the same exact "personalized" supplement they recommend for everyone. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

When we wrote them, they consistently ignored our emails and voice messages, then sent us “case numbers” and other BS, only to ignore follow up and ghost us entirely. Then, when I reported them to the BBB (which I suggest you go and see all of the scandals there, too), they told me that I could pay MORE money to get someone to interpret the results, claiming we just didn’t understand them. No, it’s not that we don’t understand. It’s that it’s impossible that we would have the exact same genetic markings in every single category 🙄 it’s also ironic they charge MORE money for interpretation since the email with these supposed results reads (and I quote):

"Not only will you be able to fully understand your gene test results, but we've also put together a full supplement protocol to optimize your body's function."

And the “protocol”? It’s the same supplement that they recommend to literally everyone 🫠😑

Just avoid this entire company and believe those of us who made the mistake of dealing with them to begin with. It all sounds really great, but unfortunately there are still companies out there like this one just taking advantage of people who are hoping to take better care of their health.

My wife and I tried out 10x health, and it's solidly a grift. They say a bunch of interesting words, conduct a blood test, give you results, which are in no ways custom to you, and then try to sell you supplements. HIghly vote against people trying this.

If you are not a celebrity do not waste your time with this company.. Save yourself time and money and go buy Pure encapsulations methyl multi vitamin. The communication with 10x is non-existent, when you do hear from them it will be from a random 305 phone number that multiple people are using. I got my blood test 3 months ago and have not heard a word about my doctor consultation. At this point my blood work is irrelevant. Joke of a company, i would give 0 stars if possible.

Got my gene results with little to no write up of what's needed next. They only listed 1 supplement that they make/market themselves. No concerns about my health or what I'm trying to fix/accomplish. Just buy this, that's it. If I want a follow up for "additional info" $119 more on top of $600 gene test! How despicable. People are giving you hundreds of dollars for help and it's hey buy this product or pay us more for other answers. The "additional " help SHOULD BE IN THE ORIGINAL COST!

What a waste of money! After the long wait for the test results, I was provided a couple of lines of information that meant nothing. When I requested to speak with someone about it, they said I could get a $119 Clarity Call. Wow! So disappointed

Horrible Experience, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

- I ordered their $600 genetic testing kit.
- Once it came in, I immediately took the test, then mailed the kit into the lab (next day).
- I don't hear anything back for almost 2 months.
- The day I planned to reach out to them for an update, I randomly received another kit in the mail, with no explanation.
- When I called 10xHealth to figure out what's going on, I was informed that there was "an issue with the last lab being able to process my kit and 10xHealth has ("separately") decided to work with a different lab. The new kit will be going to the new lab." (along with many other customers' kits, the Rep stated) and "an email should have been sent out, explaining this update" (it did not; and yet, I seemingly received every other email they sent me...).
- She then proceeds to instruct me to send in the new kit and wait another month or two for the results to come in...
- LoL!... I immediately had them processed a refund.

- Complete TRASH experience.
- NOT AT ALL worth the money.
- Save yourself the headache and find another company to go with...
I'm considering going with MaxGen...Fingers Crossed.

Stay Away. Like many here, I listened to this smooth talker Joe Rogen's podcast. Sounds like he really knows what he is talking about..........however. Buyer beware. The saliva test is a joke and at $599 I thought I was getting a personal consult with some recommendations for diet, etc. Instead what I got was a well crafted report that points to their supplements, which I purchased (1st mistake). I was on alert for auto-renewal of the supplements on a monthly basis, which was not apparent until I received my invoice and it said that my next purchase will happen in 2 months - automatically. I immediately logged into their supplement site and cancelled my subscription as I do not like auto-subscription anything. I guess they decided that was not good enough, so they sent me more supplements 2 weeks later. Yes, after 2 weeks they charged me for another shipment of supplements that I just order for a 2 month supply. When I emailed them, no response. I called 5 times today (no exaggeration) and was disconnected or hung-up on 4 of those times. The lady that finally helped me told me that she would need to email the "supplement department" and let them know I want to cancel. She could not even tell me that they could cancel my subscription, that I had already cancelled myself on-line. I finally called my credit card company and had them blocked as a vendor. I don't even think I am going to take the supplements. if they cannot handle customers in a reasonable manner, then I cannot rely on whatever they are selling. Total scam. I am sending a note to Rogen as well. I hope anyone who reads this does so BEFORE they order anything from 10X.

Ok here's the lowDown.

The guy is a genius in the marketing dept. I bought a course on marketing from him and it's chokablok with content. Not enough time to go through it all. I paid about AUD700. What my biz needs - comprehensive.

I didn't want to speak with the support person who chased me from the US for a coaching call - had to stop the bleed, after they said it would go into the 5K-20K range.

I am ignoring everything else (inc Real Estate, Biz Coaching etc) after reading a HuffPost post. Just google HuffPost Grant Cardone. I couldn't add the link here, Trustpilot didn't allow it. Think the HuffPost article is the first one in the results.

Absolutely the worst experience ever with this Company. imagine just to talk with some will take a month or more just to talk on the phone.. only they fast when they charge you after the payment was made Thats it...
they will not call you..they do not care about you..they just sell thats it.

What a bunch of con artists. Promising the world and delivering no value at all. Tried getting money back and they fight and claw it back forever. Run as fast as you can, do not give these guys a dime or you will get conned and harassed forever

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Any issues or questions you have, you do get a live person, but they are an answering service. They promise each time someone will reach out by phone or email within 24 to 48 hours. NEVER HAPPENED! They have 599.00 of my money for a gene test and I have nothing!

I’m in Australia and was looking to buy the red light therapy bed amongst other things, so a HUGE purchase. I’ve organised 2 phone meetings with 10x, blocked time out of my schedule, and have been ignored on both occasions. Incredibly disappointing.
Will keep following Gary as I think he’s amazing but will source everything from Australia where we actually receive customer service!

The testing device was completely defective and they have not refunded my money after 3 weeks reporting this.
AVOID THIS SCAM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
