Terrible Experience - 4 Days Without a Site and ZERO Support!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with 10Web. I’ve been a paying customer, and for the past 4 days, my website has been completely down due to a technical glitch in their AI Builder/WordPress sync.
I have reached out multiple times through their chat and email, but there is absolutely NO response. It’s like talking to a wall while my business is losing money every hour the site is offline.
Their 'AI' technology deleted my pages, and now I'm stuck in a loop where I'm asked to pay more just to fix a problem they caused. This is not professional service; it’s a nightmare.
If you care about your business and need reliable support, STAY AWAY. I am now filing a chargeback with my credit card company because they refuse to provide the service I paid for or even acknowledge my refund request.
Zero stars if I could

Ruzanna was polite and fixed my issue quickly.

Great support service!. The manner in which support people resolve the issue is kind and quick.

I was fortunate to have Marta as my support person. Her unwavering dedication helped me resolve numerous technical challenges. To enhance the support experience, I recommend hiring more staff members like Marta.

Aida had a lot of patience and knowledge. She help me recover my website and guided me with all the steps till I recover my website and published.
Great platform.
Great to have a human with a really good customer service.
I just need to mention there were some periods with no one connected to help

Best 24 hour human support! completely positive experience with everything in this platform. Recommend for all!

Very disappointed with 10Web.io's policies. Over six months ago I stopped using their website speed plugin on my now defunct website, Springhill Gazette. I stopped using their plugin because the plugin didn't help that much with my pages loading faster. I purchased another plugin that was cheaper. It is called WP-Optimize Premium - Clean, Compress, Cache by Team Updraft. It allowed me to use the plugin on two websites. It worked a lot better than the 10web.io plugin, and was quite a bit cheaper. 10Web.io charged me over $100.00 for the renewal of their plugin with the exchange rate on January 1st. I canceled it on January 4th and they want to charge me 100.00 until January 2027. They can see when I stopped using their inferior plugin. This isn't fair to me, or the other customers who they have done this to. This kind of treatment towards their customers WILL come back to haunt them. You can't treat people this way. Another thing, if I remember correctly, 10Web.io asks for a five star review as soon as you active it. I believe that is also misleading. I thought it was making a difference, but after a while it just didn't work that well. I believe 10Web.io owes it to their customers to be upright with them. As I said, this is very shady business. I definitely do not recommend 10Web.io.

What a disgrace, I was looking to buy from them and they couldn't even be bother to answer my questions, keeping me in a text chat and then just blanking me after i had talked with their AI bot and invested 15 min dealing with that! DO NOT BUY they don't care about you just the money! There is no phone lines and the lady on the chat didn't even reply so BIG NO NO, if they cant even be assed to hire staff to help customers and the ones they do have dont want to talk to you LOLL what a joke of a company how do they get away with this level of customer service .

Nik was very responsive and was able to help me within 5 minutes. Got my new site up and running.
