it is good for website building

am currently facing a blocking issue with the 10Web DNS interface: the platform does not allow the creation of a standard wildcard (”*”) DNS entry for my domain.

This is a basic and commonly required configuration, and without it I am unable to complete a production setup.

The case was escalated internally with a stated resolution time of 1-2 business days. It has now been over a week and several follow-ups later, and I still have not received:
• A technical explanation of the limitation
• Any workaround or manual solution
• A clear status update from the technical team
• A realistic timeline for resolution

Instead, responses have been generic or unrelated to the actual issue (for example, links to SSL documentation that do not address the DNS problem).

For a hosting provider, situations like this raise concerns about support responsiveness and technical ownership. When a configuration issue blocks deployment, timely and accurate communication is critical.

I hope the issue can be reviewed and resolved soon.

No pueden ir peor los servidores donde alojan los webs, caida cada 2x3, lentisima...

Working with the automated system was awful. I'd give it a ZERO stars. But, once a real person engaged, she was able to take care of the issues and get it resolved.

The support that I recieved was accurate, the agent was very friendy and helped me with all my concerns, she guided me through every step to reach the solutions. The answers and response times were fast.

Very thoughtful, helpful and understanding.
