Like a couple of other people on here I fell victim to the yearly re-subsciption drama.

I chose to start using 10web to use ai to update a few wordpress websites. It worked great and after a few months, I signed up for the yearly subscription.

I ended up going down a different route after another few months.

I was pretty sure that I had toggled off the yearly resubscribe button, so it came as a big surprise when $300 had been taken from my account.

I had a quick look on here to see if other people had suffered the same issue. Alarm bells definitely were ringing when I saw some of the negative reviews on here.

I drafted a quick email asking them to refund the subscription , not really expecting the best outcome.

I clearly stated that I had dis-abled the auto renew button 6 months ago. I further stated that I did not receive any renewal reminder notice, any advance billing notification, or any invoice or receipt notificaion.

To my great surprise. Marta from 10web care replied 8 days later saying that they had decided to refund my subscription.

Hats off to 10web !

Hopefully they will start to send out advance email warnings of re subcriptons etc.

I have seen a lot of software companies over the years whose business model seemed to be more like grab someones credit card number and just keep charging those cards for as long as they could get away with.

Its good to see that this is not the case here.

I still get the emails from Arto updating the world on what is happening in the latest ai trends.

It's one email that I haven't unsubscribed from.

This may seem like an overly enthusiastic review but I got my $300 back without having to fight tooth and nail with the expectation that despite my best efforts I wouldn't get my money back.

But I did , so 5 stars to Marta, 10web and Arto!

Mi sitio web y el panel de administración han estado caídos durante aproximadamente tres días, lo que ha afectado directamente el funcionamiento de mi página y mis servicios. Durante este tiempo he intentado comunicarme con el soporte técnico a través de los canales disponibles, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta ni solución hasta el momento.

Para un servicio de hosting, una caída de varios días es algo extremadamente grave, especialmente cuando tampoco existe comunicación por parte del soporte.

Espero que 10Web pueda revisar este caso con urgencia, restaurar el servicio lo antes posible y mejorar su sistema de atención al cliente, ya que la falta de respuesta genera una gran pérdida de confianza.

The website and the control panel have been down for more than 3 days and I have not received any response from support tickets.

Some of the main issues I have encountered include:

• Difficulty inserting videos correctly in specific sections of the website, even when the video is properly uploaded in the WordPress media library.
• AI editing instructions being partially executed or ignored by the system.
• Image replacements in design sections not applying correctly unless extremely specific instructions are given.
• Layout inconsistencies where placeholder elements remain visible after being replaced.
• Long delays in domain verification and domain status updates despite correct DNS configuration.
• Lack of response through the in-platform support interface when attempting to report these issues.

I do not recommend buying this.

I mistakenly signed up for 10Web’s free trial and within minutes I attempted to cancel the free trial.

The cancellation process was unclear and misleading. I toggled off what appeared to be the trial option, reasonably believing this action canceled the subscription. There was no clear confirmation that the trial had actually been canceled. The interface did not make it obvious whether my cancellation was successful.

I did not receive any reminder email notifying me that the trial was ending or that my card would be charged.

Despite attempting to cancel immediately, I was billed $168 upfront for an annual plan.

There is no reasonable justification for refusing a refund or at minimum a prorated adjustment when cancellation was attempted within minutes of signing up for a free trial and the service is billed in advance for an annual term. Charging $168 under these circumstances, after an immediate attempt to cancel, is unfair and unreasonable.

This experience reflects unfair and predatory business practices. A free trial should not operate as a billing trap.

Asking for payment details upfront without a real trial doesn’t build trust.

In a market full of AI website builders, only the platforms that put user experience first will survive long term.
