As stated by others would not allow me to withdraw winnings, when you win you need to win 8 more times to be able to get your money out - sneaky and crooked. Avoid and use a UK-based service so they’re regulated by the UK.

Very Fast withdrawal Good odds its perfect

I have deposited hundreds of pounds since joining up. First two withdrawals were approved straight away (within3 hours) without asking for id. I then took it upon myself after winning £650 to upload my own documents without being asked for them. Now 3 days later, account has been closed. Withdrawals are still pending even though proof of address, multiple forms of identification including a photo of myself next to my passport and proof of depositing funds have been sent over. Sick of automated emails being sent to myself and asking for more verification such as video verification. I am 79 years old this is ludicrous. I have sent relevant documents and when further asked for more they have been sent. Don’t use this site, they don’t want to pay out when you reach a good payout number. I have over £1000 sat in pending withdrawals. Disgusting. If they won’t process my withdrawals despite having all relevant documentation I would like to enquire as to how to get net deposits back.

As with a number of others I have had stakes restricted on sports to 1p following a £200 win. They only like losers and hide behind it being a trader decision when restrict you. Absolutely disgraceful. Happy for you to lose even if end up killing yourself but win £200....restricted....

The website is very good, easy to understand and navigate. The football odds are generally very good too. My only real problem are some of the football promos and the nonsensical terms. Two recently said place a bet on the EPL within a certain time period, although there were no matches being played. It's happened before.

Not many odds. For example rugby Union, no alternative handicap, or just 3 or 4. We can’t choose like on bet365.

Also, biathlon you never put any live. Same for Cycling it’s very rare.

Poor offer promotion (5€ freebets is useless).

An absolute tin pot company. They offer cash out on the NFL until you are actually winning then it disappears. Customer services give you an automated response which doesn’t make any sense. Steer well clear
