Deposited 100 and won 1400 requested a withdrawal 2 days later my access to the website was denied got and email to submit verification details. After submitting all proofs requested also doing a video call i get an email stating my account has been closed due to section 3.5 and 16 which has multiple reasons on there.

I have asked the casino to give me the exact reason for the account closure multiple times and got nothing but the same reply section 3.5 and 16.

I then asked the casino how do i start a complaint process and got a reply saying we have looked at your complaint and are not gonna change our decision is final even tho i have not even started my complaint only asked how do i start one.

When i registered i used my partners card details to deposit with his permission.

My only reason that i think my account was closed was because i used my partners details to deposit but in section 4.4 it states that if deposited with different account details they will request permission of authorisation and request documents from card holder.

I have told them that if they need any documentation from my partners any proofs that he will be happy to provide that.

But still got the same reply that their decision is final.

Do not use this casino you will get scammed if anyone needs any proof will be happy to share with you guys so you dont become a victim they have played with my emotions if you win your account will get closed and you wont be payed outt!!!!!!!!
