The bookmaker after the win came up with the idea that I should go to the store, buy a camera and talk to them on skype to verify. This is all after i sent them id, selfie, poa. Nowhere in their rules does it say that the player is obliged to video verification. The site is usually a scam, if they wanted to talk they could call me on the phone but they make me go buy a camera and waste my time downloading skype etc... I will write complaints to the uk gambling commission on them and IBAS, I will also post this on the sbr forum to let people know. I have over £600 blocked

Deposit 500 won 3800 . Give the all documents to verify me after 2 days my money was in my account. Half transferred via direct debit and half in my Apple Pay account.

On 15th December I registered, deposited 5.5k euros and made 13.9 out of two random WTA tennis matches live in my own city Limoges (but I live and work in Dubai). Two weeks they have been playing me like a ball: I’ve sent statements from two accounts, work contract with salary etc. Nothing! Also, they’ve appointed some VIP manager named Armenak Kazazyan who appears once in 24 hours to say that he will check tomorrow. I can’t understand how they bought all those positive comments, but I can assure you these are dirty crooks that make living out of scamming people.

I will update the case here once I have any news. As of now situation is like this: we’ve made video call, they disappeared and completely blocked my account with 13,990 euros.

I'm absolutely gutted I won over 2k and withdrew a few hundred to start with and it was successful, however wen I tried withdraw 1000 they totally blocked my acc and I'm unable to log in, after emailing them they reckon they want me to have my identification nortorized which is just rubbish as my Identification is perfectly legit and this is all because they don't want to pay me. Liked the look of this betting website and the deposit bonus was appealing so had a flutter bet £250 only to win £6 very bad in terms of bet to win ratio and never even got my deposit bonus
