Scammers! I have ordered day 2&8 kit 2 weeks prior to my trip and it never arrived yet the payment has been taken! What a shame that it was listed on government website as reliable and legitimate provider! I have emailed several times and there has been no response. Pathetic

No response after several attempts and they are not sending the covid test packages as requested. This is shocking that the UK government actually listed this company in their website, where I also chose the provider. I'm so upset I didn't see these reviews in advance, I would of never used them!

I Pay for day2&8 the were receive on time now I’m in day 7 I have sent the day2 no answer at all! You can’t contact them via email or phone it’s absolutely disgusting! Waste of time and money!

Terrible experience unable to get hold of them or their lab after spending in excess of £300 for their tests. Recommended nhs feedback team to remove them from government approved supplier list!

Absolutely terrible!

They advertise their day 2 & 8 covid tests for £80 but once you pay - without showing this anywhere before you have paid - they charge you £35 for delivery. An absolute joke. I emailed them twice about cancelling my order as it is not even legal to hide charges like this. No answer. Avoid at all costs, cheaper providers are available with either free or normal price delivery. Scammers

No stars!! They take your money, don’t ship the test, claim it was delivered weeks after it was ordered despite no proof of delivery. They refuse to offer any help at all.
Disgraceful customer service, awful organisation that should be struck off the govt list. Others like Qured and expresstest were fine. I’ve had to create a fraud claim with my credit card company.

Do not use this company from the .gov uk website they have not issued my test that I ordered over a week ago.
These need to be reported to the cqc and reading standard s

Ordered here Fit to fly test 4 days it prior to flight. They will charge you 30 pounds on top of test price for the courier delivery(not mentioned before you are checking out) and will deliver it in 2 days with no status updates.

After you will miss all your terms, they will no longer responsible for the results, as they are just 'providers', and lab is not their responsibility.

If I could give no star I would ! We order 3x day 2 and 8 tests and 3x day 5 early release tests none have arrived they don’t answer the phone emails arnt worth opening all they do is apologise but do nothing about it the tracking system is useless they don’t tell you where the tests are or even if they have been dispatched we are now out of pocket nearly £600 plus a weeks wage too because of the extra quarantine time that we shouldn’t of had to do why we paid for the early release test it’s a scam and a joke ! I don’t no how the government can say they are approved you mustn’t have to do much ! Disappointed let down very out of pocket ! Bad customer service would NOT recommend!

Paid 170 quid for day 2/5/8 tests, NONE of them arrived!!! Terrible customer service, I emailed almost every day since my quarantine for help to receive my parcel, but they ignored me.

11/10 would not recommend, avoid this scam.

Why are these scammers listed on the GOV.UK list of approved COVID test suppliers? Parent company registered with CQC, seriously???

No test received, impossible to contact them.

Ordered our Day 2&8 test in plenty of time to arrive before the day of test day 3 of isolation no test kits yet yesterday spent 5 hours plus on phone and web chat to company and courier only to be told nothing we can do, stock answer company think that t&c protection but breach of contract I believe overrides that

Please take care and do not use this company. Analysis was not done, emails not answered , 50 minute wait time for answer to phone. When I got through told samples had arrived and results would be with me in an hour. This never happened. Analysis was never done, Fit for travel cert never issued. I’ve made a formal complaint to CQC.

on day 11 the delivery tracking said it still hadnt been dispatched, then tracking options completely disappeared from the app.

I requested a refund many times in the first 7 days - NO RESPONSE.
They finally replied MISQUOTING their own terms and conditions and outright refusing a refund.

100% scam - do not waste your money.

I am sorry to say that this has not been a great experience.

I ordered my Day 2 and Day 8 test last Saturday. I received a confirmation e mail. So far so good.

I then received the order details on Monday along with the tracking details for the shipment. Again everything seemed fine at this stage.

On Wednesday I hadn't received the parcel. I contacted the courier and discovered that they hadn't received the shipment and so were not in a position to send the parcel.

As of today (Friday) the courier has still not received the order for delivery.

Your website pretty much says no refunds under any circumstances.

But it also says that:

"Kits ordered before 1 pm are currently being dispatched on the same day for a next working day delivery."

I ordered in plenty of time and I feel that you have not kept your delivery promise. To that end I feel that I should be due a refund.

I have now sourced a separate kit elsewhere so that I can get the result back to Test and Trace (who ring every day).

I have tried ringing a few times but the line is constantly busy.

I have e mailed twice but have not received a reply. As a result I'm sorry to say that I am an unhappy customer and want to make others aware that they may face the same difficulties.

Please note that I will now not accept a parcel and it will be returned to you.

A reply would be greatly appreciated to acknowledge that a refund will be processed.

I do not understand how this company is government recommended. It takes your money, but you have no interaction with the company. The service (or lack of) is then through Right Tangled Ltd. who have the lab and send the test kit. Kit was supposed to arrive 1-3 days, arrived after 7 days and after I was legally supposed to do day 2 test. I sent the test kit recorded delivery and after 4 days of arriving at the lab I am still waiting on results. Not possible to get through on phone, and email is unhelpful. Waste of money.

This company is a SCAM! 'Government approved' covid test kits DO NOT ARRIVE. Do not use this company, 100% FAKE! Check out Google for more reviews from the hundreds of people they are ripping off!! Zero refunds, zero liability. A bunch of cowboys!!

Ordered a 5-day 'test and release' kit on May 28th. Marked as dispatched on May 29th. June 5th, still not here. They don't have a phone number, don't answer emails and don't do refunds. AVOID. UKGOV - please delist these people. They are either incompetent or scammers.

Booked day 2 PCR test. That arrived ok. Sent it back to pre paid lab. 8 days later, have heard nothing. Tried calling, answer phone and on hold for ever. Disgrace!! The system doesn’t work, and someone is getting rich quick with it....!

My girlfriend has ordered 2 pcr tests for us (today is day 5th), unfortunately they still not here. They not responding for emails and haven't got any phone number to contact them. Avoid this company!
