Bought a Kitchen aid dishwasher from Lowe’s back in September 2025. In January 2026(4 months later) it wouldn’t drain and was giving me the error code related to the drain pump. Called in to submit a warranty repair and the soonest they could get a repair scheduled was a month. So I wait a month for the repair guy to come, and he doesn’t have the right part with him, so now I have to wait 3 more weeks for him to come back. Called back into Kitchenaid to see if there was another option. Three different people from Kitchenaid all told me the same thing. That I had no other option than to wait. I would caution anyone reading this against buying an appliance from the Kitchenaid/Whirlpool family. Having to wait 2 months for a repair on an appliance that I’ve only had for 4 months is crazy and I can’t believe that they think that is ok. I will personally never buy another appliance again from any of the brands they own.

GLP-1 doesn’t work and has bad side effects.. don’t waste your money. Had much better experience previously with name brand GLP-1’s

3 months using it and have not lost any weight.. only reason I am still using it is because I paid for 6 months upfront. Previously used Ozempic and had great results.. no so much with the Hims version of it.. haven’t lost any weight and the side effects are bad indigestion, nausea, upset stomach, and several other issues. I want to be fair because I have experience with other brands. But I just simply cannot recommend this to anyone

It’s been over a month since I filed a claim on my 3 year old dishwasher.. Centricity repair man came out in a timely manner and determined that the dishwasher was unrepairable. Since it was determined to be unrepairable, Centricity has completely ghosted me for the past 3 weeks. Every time I call in to get a status on the claim, I am told it’s in the approval stage and someone will contact me within a day regarding my options for replacement, weather it be a cash settlement, store credit, or appliance replacement.. days go by and I never hear from them, So I call back and go through the same conversation with a different customer service rep and get the same BS answer. If you ask to speak with a manager, they all say the same thing.. that their managers do not take calls from customers.. based on my experience, they are con artists and I don’t believe they actually intend on settling my warranty claim. I will never buy a Centricity extended warranty again.. and would never buy an appliance from a retailer that offers the Centricity extended warranty either.. they get their kickback for selling you a crap warranty for a crap appliance and in the end the customer is the one that gets screwed
