It’s been a month since I filed a…

It’s been over a month since I filed a claim on my 3 year old dishwasher.. Centricity repair man came out in a timely manner and determined that the dishwasher was unrepairable. Since it was determined to be unrepairable, Centricity has completely ghosted me for the past 3 weeks. Every time I call in to get a status on the claim, I am told it’s in the approval stage and someone will contact me within a day regarding my options for replacement, weather it be a cash settlement, store credit, or appliance replacement.. days go by and I never hear from them, So I call back and go through the same conversation with a different customer service rep and get the same BS answer. If you ask to speak with a manager, they all say the same thing.. that their managers do not take calls from customers.. based on my experience, they are con artists and I don’t believe they actually intend on settling my warranty claim. I will never buy a Centricity extended warranty again.. and would never buy an appliance from a retailer that offers the Centricity extended warranty either.. they get their kickback for selling you a crap warranty for a crap appliance and in the end the customer is the one that gets screwed

Our Vendor Supervisor has been in touch and confirmed that we'll assist with your claim. As a result, we were able to resolve your claim by issuing a check for $528 to cover the warranty. The check will be mailed next Tuesday, and please allow 7-10 business days for it to arrive.
