Alec Lennon and Andre Latham were excellent engineers. They arrive right on time and did the installation. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. They explained everything and was very helpful. I couldn't miss this appointment as it would be another 2 weeks before I could be in London, so they honoured the appointment, and it's all good.
