I moved home and went to squires gate…

I moved home and went to squires gate blackpool to ask about certain cat foods I needed due to my cats health,they didn't stock it bit elliot listened to me explaining about my cats needs, found the food and brand I had gotten from the vets and it was cheaper so that was great .I then shopped for a few things and went to the till .it 2as elliot on the the till he asked if I had a loyalty card and I explained I did but the address wasn't coming up correct so I couldn't use it .Elliott spent a good while helping sort it through my phone and a couple of times when something came up that most people would of given up .Elliot found a way to sort it and eventually saved me over £14.00 which was amazing. While he was doing that a young lady called cara helped to calm my nervous dog and give her attention which is so helpful as it makes my dog want to go in again next time as if she doesn't feel OK somewhere she will refuse to go in and she's a big dog so she was so kind .thank you Elliott and Cara fantastic customer service 👏

I had a lady called Emma helping me ,she was very nice ,she listened to me and had my issues sorted very quickly thank you so much Emma fantastic customer support 😀

Thank you jake for such great customer service!!👏

My experience over the phone could not have been better. The man I spoke to was called Jake and he listened to me as I explained my health issues, he was really trying to help and tried many different things to get my electricity supply back on.he would go speak to his team leader each time to find other things to try.jake rang me yesterday to try the codes again after 45 minutes. Then jake organised an engineer to come look at the boiler which came quickly. The boiler had to be replaced so all the top ups I tried with the codes I need to ring up Monday to try and get reimbursed as £60 is alot as I'm on benefits due to my illness. Then today jake actually rang just to see if the electricity had been fixed which meant so much so jake thank you ,you made everything not as stressful for me!
