Great service from the team at stone…

Great service from the team at stone and surfaces as usual.

But the delivery driver from pallet network was the rudest, most obnotious person, least helpful that you could possibly be. Dumped both pallets at the top of our drive blocking our cars in meaning we could get out until we had emptied both bags and move the aggregate 30m down the drive by wheelbarrow!

4 stars as the quality and service from stone and surfaces was great as always, just the unfortunate delivery driver who let the side down.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review - and for your continued support, it’s genuinely appreciated.

Really glad to hear you’re happy with the product and the service from our side.

That said, the delivery experience you’ve described is never what we'd consider acceptable. The driver should have been helpful and made a reasonable effort with placement, not left you in a position where you were blocked in and having to move everything yourself.

We work with third-party pallet networks, but that’s not an excuse - we’ll be raising this directly with them to make sure it’s addressed properly.

Out of diligence, we'll chase the depot up and log this against the specific delivery. If you decide to come to us in the future, please do get in contact ahead of time and we'll make sure we place this on another courier or flag this up with the depot ahead of time so a different driver is used.

Beautiful furniture and great customer service

We purchased some wooden bar stools which we had to wait a little while for. They were absolutely worth the wait! They arrived perfectly packaged, they are beautifully made and look amazing in our kitchen. We have had so many compliments on them and we so glad we purchased. A special shout out to Baha who was extremely helpful, kind and made the process that much better. We highly recommend Cox & Cox and will definitely purchase from them again in the future.
