Hi Everyone, I was looking forward to receiving the Heavy-Storm Waterproof Rain Jacket 2.0 to face the British weather. Delivery is expected to be on their website as "From the moment you checkout to the second your package arrives at your door, it takes around 10 to 14 days". I am on day 42 now ordered 22.4.25 and despite reaching out to their customer service team, no response. A tracking number is given if you request but no details of who the carrier is to check progress. The last few digits of my order are 767PR, so with that and the date you might be able to update me if you can be bothered.
Very poor way to run a business and keep customer satisfaction. I have ordered before and my item again took time to deliver but not this long. Disappointing all round, I will be requesting a refund from my credit card so they can take it up with the company and I wont be buying into the glossy youtube ads and ordering again. A very disappointed customer in the UK.

I would not recommend this company for pet insurance. If you have to make a claim, you will have to pay verts direct and then wait 4 weeks from receipt of the claim minimum for them to acknowledge your claim and then how longs a piece of string until your claim is processed. I lost my dog and had 3 claims over a period of her decline, and it was long winded, traumatic, they in my opinion strung it out and made me feel upset and traumatised. It was good value, but the service you get for that is shocking, so I would not be able to recommend pet insurance or their products.

Linda gave a kind and caring response when we turned the wrong way and entered the pay zone. Ticket was cancelled as we drove through without stopping but thank you Linda. So heart warming in todays society. 100% satisfied thank you.
