Great improvements

I have been buying my (expensive 😢) medication with Curate for mostly two years now. Having left several bad reviews I now have to give them credit when it’s due.
For the past few months Curate has really turned it around.
What sometimes used to take weeks to approve and dispatch the medication it is now done very fast. Approval is usually done the same day as I order, and dispatch is usually within a few days. Great improvements Curate 👏
Just lower the price of MJ and I’ll be happy 😂

Waited 2 weeks for a medication to be dispatched. Not good!!

Ordered a repeat prescription for monthly injection. Curate ‘approved’ the prescription within a few days which was fine. But I then waited two full weeks for the mediation to actually be dispatched. It was only dispatched after submitting two tickets to Curate to ask why it was taking so long. For a monthly medication the wait was far too long. It has now taken almost a month from when I ordered the medication to when it’ll arrive. I’m hoping for it to come in the next two days. For necessary medication.. this wait is too long. Unreliable service!

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're sorry the delay in dispatching your prescription caused such a long wait, this was due to the delays with Royal Mail Northern Ireland, this has since been rectified and your order was sent straight out.

This is not the service we aim to provide, regardless of factors out of our control we will be sure to despatch your order inline with our England, Scotland and Wales orders.

We are looking into further ways to prevent this issue in the future.

Terrible!!! With awful customer service



I’ve been using this provider for almost a year now, but the service has significantly deteriorated recently.

For example, I placed a prescription order on June 16th. As of today, July 20th, it still hasn’t been approved.

Over the past four weeks, I’ve sent multiple emails and opened several support tickets with Curate — all of which went unanswered. After a month of silence, I finally received an email stating that I needed to complete a video consultation before my medication could be approved.

This is extremely frustrating, especially considering this is a weekly medication. By the time I received that email, I had already missed four weeks of treatment. Now I’m being told I need to wait another week just to have the video appointment.

To make matters worse, Curate advertises that this medication should take 5–7 business days to receive. Yet, despite my continued outreach — including three more emails and support tickets explaining that I’ve already gone four weeks without the medication — I still haven’t received any meaningful help…. And still no medication!!

This level of service is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with how poorly this has been handled.

Delivered but just left on the doorstep

My parcel was delivered but I was an hour away heading on my holidays. But from my doorbell I saw your delivery driver was at my door with the parcel. He just literally rang my doorbell (didn't wait to see if someone was going to answer the door) and left the parcel on my front step of the house.
He didn't wait to see if anyone was going to come to the door or take the parcel in. I had to turn the car around and drive an hour back to to get my parcel and put it in the house because I was going away for a week and didn't want to stole or anything happening it over that time.
Even my regular post man will wait until someone would answer the door and if he got no answer he would put the parcel around the side of the house out of sight. I live next the road so my parcel could have easily gone messing while I was away for the week. Your drivers would be better to take the time and see if someone will answer the door
