Terrible!!! With awful customer service
I’ve been using this provider for almost a year now, but the service has significantly deteriorated recently.
For example, I placed a prescription order on June 16th. As of today, July 20th, it still hasn’t been approved.
Over the past four weeks, I’ve sent multiple emails and opened several support tickets with Curate — all of which went unanswered. After a month of silence, I finally received an email stating that I needed to complete a video consultation before my medication could be approved.
This is extremely frustrating, especially considering this is a weekly medication. By the time I received that email, I had already missed four weeks of treatment. Now I’m being told I need to wait another week just to have the video appointment.
To make matters worse, Curate advertises that this medication should take 5–7 business days to receive. Yet, despite my continued outreach — including three more emails and support tickets explaining that I’ve already gone four weeks without the medication — I still haven’t received any meaningful help…. And still no medication!!
This level of service is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with how poorly this has been handled.
