Aderi usando uma campanha de referenciação em que ofereciam 20€ de desconto por mês durante os primeiros 3 meses. Em nada no contrato nem ao telefone aborda algum condicionalismo a receber os 20€. Na primeira fatura foi aplicado apenas um desconto de cerca de 8€ ficando por pagar 18 euros, segundo a linha de atendimento não foi descontado os 20€ da campanha por procedimentos internos da empresa. Empresa desonesta e enganadora. Segue queixa para a ERSE.

While I was at home on the delivery date, I received no package. No one rang the doorbell, and nothing was left in the mailbox. To my surprise, I received an email indicating that the package had been delivered. Worst delivery company ever. They either kept the item or handed it to a random person on the street.

I ordered an item that was marked as delivered without receiving it. After receiving no answer from the delivery company chosen by AliExpress, I opened a dispute to use the buyer's protection and retrieve the money spent. Unfortunately, they rejected my claim because I failed to provide proof that I didn't receive the item. What kind of proof should I provide? A photo with an empty hand?
