Not a great experience unfortunately - A couple of the shirts looked nothing like the photos, totally different colours - Return fee - One shrank in the wash despite following the instructions - No response to email to customer service complaining about this
Support have told me I need to drive 1.5hrs to collect it. I've been told variously: - "the property could not be located" - "the driver has already completed three delivery attempts" - "the driver attempted to deliver your parcel but was unable to complete the delivery due to lack of access to the property."
I'm afraid these are not satisfactory or believable: - 'Could not be located' and 'lack of access' seem to be in conflict?! And why couldn't it be located? The address is correct and we get parcels every day! - We have cameras so I've asked for times when they tried to deliver to verify. I've only been given one time when the only activity at the time was me pruning on the street outside our house - No explanation has been provided for the 'lack of access' and no location tracking data for the driver has been shared - I have a safe space recorded so if they ever did get to the house it could have been left there
Ultimately I can see no evidence that yodel ever reached my house (or even tried to) and are lying to me about it. Having not tried to deliver I am now being asked to do the job for them
Poor quality teak table and chairs. Chairs have been stored inside over the winter and the table covered and all have been splintering and cracking to the point of an arm coming off one chair. The company doesn’t want to know and only guarantees for a year, we hoped our teak investment would last rather longer than that!
Useless. Told it was delivered and given a photo of a house nearly 3 km away. Go round and of course it hasn’t been delivered there and yodel have no idea where it is..

I’m truly sorry to hear about the unacceptable handling of your delivery — being told it was delivered, only to receive a photo of a house nearly 3km away, is deeply concerning. It’s completely understandable that you went to check, only to find it hadn’t been delivered there either.
We sincerely apologise for the confusion, inconvenience, and lack of clarity from Yodel.
7 months is has taken so far to transfer my child’s ISA to a different provider with Halifax putting up hurdles at every opportunity. An example: They refuse to handle it on the phone so I have to go into a branch and stand next to someone who then calls the head office is on hold for 20 mins… or another time to fill in a paper form which they then post to the head office.. It’s like dealing with a business from the 1800s where the phone is still a mistrusted new invention never mind email or messaging. And no one cares or is able to do anything to help, just defensiveness, barriers and no acknowledgement of mistakes made.
Half the tiles were delivered broken and they wouldn’t refund because we didn’t realise until a few days after delivery. Ended up having to buy a whole new set from Wickes which I should have done to begin with.
Massively regret using this site, not a comparison service at all. They just pass your details on and since then I’ve been inundated with sales calls. Recommend if you like being spammed
