Lost $60k of my money. Someone apparently hacked my account, changed where my money was going, and then Ticketspice’s conveniently noticed the gateway was not mine and changed it back to my original gateway AFTER the event. This company has stolen all my money and tells me it’s not their responsibility.

As a professional photographer I can stress enough how amazing these backdrops are. I bought one of their designs last year. A 10x20. The biggest size possible. It was great. I had AI make me a custom backdrop which I ran through another program to upscale the quality. Then the sent it to Dbackdrop for my second order. Another 10x20 print. I just got it today and I am blown away by the quality. Also their customer service is quick and helpful. This is an A+ company all around. We need more businesses at this scale of good customer service, good prices, and great products.

great prices. Good books. Order 8 childrens books. I guess they come from different areas because there were 3 different packages that got delivered on all different dates. But they all made it here in good condition.

After 3 weeks it still hasn't shipped. There phone number is bogus. No one actually answers it. From what I read in the reviews it's not made in the USA. Thats why they get there items in "batches" every "2-3 weeks" Thats about right. I'm extremely frustrated Its been so long and I still have nothing.

UPDATE: To be fair, no one told me the items are literally being made to order. But I did get my shirts. The quality is average. It’s not bad but also not great. Definitely feels more like a $15 - $20 shirt than a $35 shirt. So if you have a good coupon or they have a sale then it’s worth it.

Have waited 2 weeks and still nothing. They ship from a town that’s 4 hours away from me. There is no excuse for this slow of shipping.

BEWARE! This company is a scam! Idk if anyone actually wins the vehicles or not but it's the items you purchase. They put you on a monthly subscription and keep charging you every single month. They will give you a step by step process to cancel your subscription but it doesn't work. Your email address isn't valid. There is no account. They have reviews directly on their website. They force you into leaving a 5 star review in the beginning and if you leave them a negative review, they delete them. It's a big scam. They don't stop taking your money and you cant stop them without canceling your card.

This site has been BEYOND frustrating. I have a 2022 Tundra. I always set my truck for that sense the first time on the site. It constantly sends me emails and changes my info to a 2021 Gladiator. And they send me parts magazines for up to a 2021 Tundra. 2022 Tundras are COMPLETELY different. No matter how many times I get on this site and correct my truck it still default back to a gladiator. I will never order from here or recommend it to anyone else. Fix your site.

Been trying to contact Neca for weeks now. They sent a package with missing figures in it. They have no responded to a single email and I feel I have been scammed by Neca. Which is very unfortunate considering how much Neca figures I collect.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Spent over $1,200 for an Xmas present and it STILL hasn’t shipped. Everyday sense the day I made my purchase it says “expected to ship today” and never does. It should NEVERtake this long to ship out an order. Especially for the amount I spent. The worst part is I cant even cancel it.

I did get the shirt I ordered and the quality isn’t bad. Here’s my issues

1. It took them 2 weeks to send the shirt. So 3 weeks to get it.

2. They didn’t respond to my emails. Only to the case I filed with PayPal.

3. The size of the shirt is was off. I ordered an XXL. I wear XXL on every brand. This fit more like a Medium. It was 2 to 3 sizes to small. The only way to correct it is to spend the money to mail it back and hope I get a new one in a timely manner.

So this company gets an F in my book and I’ll never order from again.
